Toledo Pipe 37997 Ball Transfer Head (Pair) compatible with RIDGID VJ-98 VJ-99 VF-99 SUMNER V Head Pipe Stands

I bought 2 sets (that's 4 roller heads) they don't roll. I've popped them out and cleaned, sprayed lube in them, tried different size pipe(2"-10"), adjusted where they sat on the jackstands and made contact with the pipe, everything I could think of to get them to roll. Nothing but frustration.

They don’t spin Everything just kinda glides on top of the metal balls since there’s not much surface contact

The parts that I got were very nice, high quality. But from looking at the picture, and even from reading the description, I felt like I was going to get what was displayed there. All I got were the two silver individual roller ball assemblies. No Vee stand, no adjustable height assembly......Not really what I expected.
