Purchased these for an elderly person. They feel more confident going outside without having an “accident” or embarrassment. They are absorbent and comfortable. Fit well yet only last 2 months when they begin to fall apart.

I liked not having to wear disposable underwear. Good for minor leaks, not for full voids.

Haven't tried panty yet but they look and feel good. Might be buying more.

The panty fit is odd - too much fabric in front. Too little fabric in back. Leg holes too big.

Nice fabric and mostly comfortable to wear. Still had leaking from the side of the panty. Good to wear if you are going to be away from the house for an extended period of time.

These were not for me. First, the pad is very wide and felt like it was folding between my thighs. Second, there was no way to stop the “crinkling” sound when I walked as there is a thin layer of plastic to stop leak-through. Like I said in the beginning, these are not for me as I only have leakage sometimes when I sneeze or cough. If you have different leakage issues, these may be for you. I would say that these are probably better than “diapers”. The choice is yours.

Fits great and usually does the job. There are times I have had to add a pad but that’s no problem.

They work pretty good so far. I don’t know if I would wear these under my pants. I use these at night. I can’t imagine wearing these all day.
