Great adaptor for those older screw mount lenses for Leica M camera (, Voightlander, Canon )

When i got mine in the mail, the clip on my M6 that holds in lens/adapter in place couldn't catch. After close examination, the divot that is suppose to catch the clip was about 1 to 1/2 millimeters too far. Frustrating. Luckily, i have a Dremel, so i ground the divot back a little and it clicks into place now. So overall, for the price, it works. Just annoying that i had to machine it further - something that should have been tested and corrected ahead of time.I got another M39 to Leica M adapter with the 50-75 framelines. It worked perfectly. However, the difference in the frameline selection is in the flange that's above the divot. That said, the 28-90 flange covers the divot and is harder to machine

Works just fine! For the price, should it not work any longer or break etc which I doubt, I'll just get another. Recommended.

The lens did not align properly with the camera. With the lens screwed on tight it did not turn far enough to sit properly the focus point on the lens was off by about 15 degrees. I tried two of them and both were the same. I purchased a more expensive adapter which worked perfectly.

Now I can use my vintage screwmount lenses on my M8

I'll keep it but I'll have to take my Dremel to it first... needs finishing, a lot of burrs and sharp edges... but for $7 I should have expected as much... when I put this on my camera it was difficult to get off without it catching on the rangefinder coupler... I'll work on it a bit and it should be OK... I have a few Leica rings to use as a model...update... after a little work with my Dremel it is working fine... locks up good, no play... I guess for $7 I'll do the QC and re-work...

Bought this adapter to use a Canon LTM lens on a Leica see L and it up costing me $80 to have that Leica repaired due to bent focus lever.Don’t waste your money.

Mounts well enough on my M2 but causes the 90mm frame lines to be slightly shifted from the correct position. This would render it pretty useless for framing purposes. As it happens This wasn't relevant to me as I wanted it to mount a non RF coupled 25mm lens but use the full viewing area of the M2 viewfinder to allow framing without using an external finder. It works well enough in that regard but having the normally centrally placed 90mm frame lines shifted to the right is a little distracting. To be clear this isn't an issue with my camera as other payers and M lens don't cause these problems.

I needed this adapter to fit an old Leica 90mm screw mount lens to a digital Leica M8 camera. The adapter works great and I use it on a daily basis under professional demands and for personal use.I was a bit worried that it might not be as strict milling specifications as some of the more expensive options. You can buy the Leica editions and I hear they are pretty tight specs. So because of the price difference between this product and the Leica product I was a bit skeptical. I took the gamble and I have no complaints.When I got the adapter I instantly tried it out on the Leica M8 and it fit snug like a glove. Almost perfect fit right off the bat. I was impressed considering the lens I was using this on was over 60 years old. I wasn't as worried as some of the other reviewers that the frame lines might not show up but was pleasantly surprised that they did in fact work properly.I am so glad I didn't shell out any more money on the more expensive meta bones adapters as this one worked just fine. I would definitely recommend this to others.

Nicely finished. Proper tight fit and brings up the 28 frame lines. Good value.

Questo articolo è assolutamente inutilizzabile.Montato su Voigtlander Bessa R2A attacco leica M non effettua lo scatto di blocco pertanto focheggiare con un obiettivo m39 diventa impossibile in quanto l'obiettivo non essendo fissato al corpo macchina si stacca.Dalla mia esperienza posso dire che questo anello non serve allo scopo e pertanto nn è utilizzabile.
