Applied Statistics Using Stata: A Guide for the Social Sciences

What a wonderful book. I plan on using this text as a supplement in a quant-oriented course I will be teaching in the fall. My hunch is that my students will love practical explanations motivated in part by a well-known stats package.

This textbook was exactly what I was looking for! I wanted to brush up on my stats and Stata before returning to grad school and didn't like the textbook from my econometrics class. This textbook walks you through the theory, as well as how to do it on Stata.

It is difficult to read as the font size in the book are too small to read. And hahaha copy and paste screenshots..are you serious?
