I did not receive a bottle of vitamins in exchange for writing this review, and to be honest I am a bit jealous about that. I keep seeing the same disclaimers on different Amazon reviews. With that being said, I had no issues with this vitamin. It had all of the vitamins and minerals my doctor recommended I supplement including the Ginseng. I did not experience any upset stomach or any other adverse effects. With many other brands of multi-vitamins I tend to get nauseous about 10-15 minutes after I take them, not so with this particular brand and formulation. Normally I am very sensitive to the multi-vitamin smell that so many of these seem to have. The smell and taste is present with this pill but not as strong as many others.

Made me little sick after taking. May be just my issue but still dont want to take them now. Quick delivery.

Several studies have shown that both ginkgo and ginseng are individually good for concentration and memory (slowing down the onset of Alzheimer's), circulation, and the nervous system...but when used together, and on a regular basis, their efficacy is increased. Both have been used in traditional Chinese herbal medicine for centuries, so both are tried and true ingredients.I compared the "Supplement Facts" ingredient list between the multi vitamin I have been using for years (and which has helped keep me flu and cold free) with Nature's Bio Health Complete Multi with Ginkgo and Ginseng's list, and they are very close in content, except for the additional benefit of the ginkgo and ginseng. However, I was somewhat disappointed to see at the very bottom, the inclusion of FD&C Yellow #6, and even if this is a trace amount, it will discourage a few from buying this product. Some of us are trying to stay healthy by taking supplements, and want them to be as pure and natural as possible, but then, perhaps most people won't mind this added color at all.Unlike some multi vitamins, the Nature's Bio Health Complete Multi is an easy to swallow softgel, so this is good! I have known some that are hard to get down, so having the softgel is very nice for daily use.

As advertised, the soft gels are easy to swallow and that is what I needed.
