The price is right,...
...but they're a bit too buff to fit easily through the stems of most of my pipes! I'd find myself having to twist and work millimeter by agonizing millimeter to finally worm them through without creasing them (once you accidentally put a hard bend in one of these, it's never gonna go through; might as well start again with another one-- good thing you bought 400), greatly increasing my frustration and cleaning time. The same company makes 80-packs of a product called "Tapered Bristle Pipe Cleaners," that I tried more recently, and those are PERFECT. ...but so far, Amazon doesn't sell them in discounted groups of 400. *sigh* On the positive side as I mentioned, this is a great price, and they are pretty stout. So if you're using them for some artsy-craftsy purpose, rather than actual pipe cleaning, you'll probably love them!

These are good pipe cleaners but they are more expensive than BJ Longs other pipe cleaners. In my opinion they are as good but not better so I would recommend the cheaper cleaners (if you can get them). They are good cleaners & do the job but I think some of the increase in price is for the packaging & not the product. I can honestly recommend this product.

Very good product for the price. These do a good job cleaning the pipe and at this price you can't go wrong.

Hard to find
These little devils are har to find locally since the stores stopped selling supplies for pipe smokers. They are great for cleaning small parts in the shop. That's why I purdchased a lot of them.

These at good cleaners but for the pipes I have most of the time I had a rough time getting them to go through the stem.

What's to say; these are bristle pipe cleaners; they do what they're supposed to do. I like the fact that I only have to order them once a year.

BJ Longs Bristle Tobacco Pipe Cleaner
I don't have a Tobacco pipe but I do have a M15 rifle and several other type rifles. They worked great on cleaning the gas tub and bolt.
