Duff Cupcake Mix - Mermaid

Really, really good. But beware for non-bakers, you need egg whites. These sat in my cupboard for weeks because I didn't know how to make egg whites. I have now kind of figured it out and made use of the 4 boxes I purchased. They were really good. No regrets. But the egg whites really do make it a lot of work if you don't know what you're doing.

This cake mix was fun for my kid and I to make together and the cake was moist and delicious!

Never roze. Takes a long time to separate and mix causing batter to go flat
