Great for baking and cooking, add it when I make pancakes , always make a large batch then freeze extras to have at a moments notice, they are always on hand . Also use vanilla when I make Italian cookies. Adds that extra flavor and taste to my coffee and almost everything else.

I made a mistake. I decided I wanted other organic vanilla and purchased two other brands. One was like water and the other one had no vanilla odor and smelled like alcohol alone. Awful!! So I am back to what I used to get and what delivers what I know. Nice smelling real vanilla! Opt for the real deal and don't waste a lot of money like I did. This is good vanilla for all your baking needs!
