Box of product was already opened , the product itself had no safety seal and it had leaked off the top.It would be unsafe to use product that has been opened and no guarantee that it is free from any tampering . Promptly returned- will not buy again - it will probably be the same issue and a total waste of time and effort to have product replaced.
