Seed Mix for Bread - Knead the Seed 5 Seed Mix for Bakers & Bread Makers

I love this product, just fabulous. But very expensive. I'd give it a higher rating if it was more reasonably priced.

I use this seed mix in my multi grain bread. Great mix.

Take a standard kitchen colander; you'll find this is perfect for separating the underwhelming pumpkin and sunflower seeds from the amazing brown and golden linseeds and chia seeds. Use the latter for your bread making and give the former to your girlfriend in a nosebag to chew on whist working from home. Happy days!

Love this great mix of seeds. Use it in loaves and to top loaves. Stick to top wonderfully with a brush of egg mixed with water & get a really delicious toasted flavour. Yum!

Added to dough in a bread maker. Added when it beeped, mixed well, enhanced flavour. Used amount as instructed in packet.Very nice.Easy to open and seal packet, which you can't do easily with some packets.

Lovely to be able to add this to basic flour when it has been so hard to get during lock down - made some lovely bread

Use this Seed Mix to make a Scandinavien bread ........and was good for that
