I’ve never left a review for anything on amazon before but I love this book and hope it finds it’s way into the lap of other grateful readers. Full of useful guidance and inspiring photography and to be read with a cup of tea and a slice of cake curled up in a deep armchair.

I loved every page of this beautiful book. The writer gives so many tips (cut flower water, how to present shop roses..), lovely inspirational quotes from gardeners through the ages. Its basic premise is to ideally use what is seasonal & local - acknowledging the charm of what is around us in our gardens & hedgerows. Being Australia-based, the selection is different to the UK, but no less inspiring. An absolute must for anyone liking an informal, more natural style of flower/ tree arrangements. Buy it for someone you adore.
