Like the Red Cherry Shrimp they can breed quickly to help clean algae from your tank and keep waste from accumulating on the bottom. But these require a more narrow range We suggest these habitat friends: Crystal Black Shrimp of course! Shrimp bro co sells these variants via this website. Sulawesi Snails, Nerite Snails, Ramshorn Snails all make great tank mates as well; and they will help with the removal of algae to keep you water from acquiring that green tint. If you are wanting to breed shrimp we would suggest no fish as just about any fish will eat the smallest fry if they are hungry. You can introduce small fish like tetra with mouths too tiny to consume your larger shrimp. Alga only plecos would be an option also if you have to have fish and aren’t looking to maximize the offspring numbers. Providing grass and moss plants within your tank will help protect the fry against fish eating them. We keep a lot of crystalwort in our tanks as these dwarf shrimp love it and the young dwarf stay in it and feed and relax until they grow. These dwarf shrimp are moderate to care for as they can survive a somewhat wide temperature range: 70-78 F? We keep our tanks at 74 F. If you choose to introduce fish, please monitor your ammonia levels daily as ammonia will kill these shrimp. Also water with any copper in it is a sure way to end them.

Excellent quality
Wow. These shrimp are absolutely stunning. The pictures dont do them any justice! I had one doa but, an extra was included. They acclimated very well and compliment my tank nicely. They were packaged very well too. I like that they also threw some moss in the bag. Totally buying more from this place.

Blue shrimp
Arrived 3 days early, that was unexpected but awesome. The packing was a little messy but meticulous. The shrimp were in a mobile refrigerator protected from the harsh elements and arrived happy and healthy. Plus I got a few more than 10. Still just day one in their new tank but I'm confident they will survive. Thank you Shrimpbronco.

Packaged VERY well! All showed up alive, and are acclimating great. Colors are beautiful even if they are a like stressed from the trip. I’m sure they will be absolutely gorgeous once they settle in. I would definitely recommend this seller!** WARNING** if you have ghost shrimp put your beautiful dwarf shrimp in a different tank or get rid of the ghosts. They killed all my beautiful green shrimp. I only saw them munching on the dead bodies, but I got other dwarf shrimp in and saw one of the same ghosts eating on a small yellow dwarf, so I rehomed them and have seen no other dwarfs die so far. I’ll have to repurchase when I have enough money to do so again.
