This waist trainer was the best and I used it for long distance walks for my workouts and also bike exercises but it unfortunately one of the waist bones split in half on me while I was climbing the stairs and it poked through the trainer, so I had to throw it away.

Love it! Fits well. I just wish the top was a little wider or for their to be an option for wider bust size. I’m a 38 right now and it hurts after a 3 hrs. The rest of it feels great.

I am 5'7 170lbs. 31inch waist.I first ordered a medium, couldn't even get the first hook. So, I returned it ( no hassle) and got a large. Perfect. Well made very thick material. Perfect for waist training. My advice, make sure to measure your waist and order the size that corresponds.

It just doesn’t fit well and very dangerous with the metals coming out. Will not recommend.
