Videre Remote OSD Over BNC UTC Controller

This little gadget is quite handy for accessing the menu settings on cameras with "up the Coax" controls, such as the Samsung Beyond series dome cameras with the menu buttons. You can be at the camera, at the DVR/monitor or anywhere in between and control the menu system. I cannot speak to the ability to control PTZ functions through coax, as I havent tried it with one of those, but general menus are quite accessible with this inexpensive tool. Nice addition to a camera Test Monitor if it doesnt already have this function. Can it replace fully a more elaborate coax controller? Probably not, but it was worth the small investment to see what it 'could' do.

I tried this on all my cameras, the one I got ,had a digital readout that would change from utc,ahd ,or cvi.which I thought was nice.Then I found out it does nothing else, but that(and appears to be a ripoff). it doesn't seem to work with nine different brands of cameras . this would be a nice tool to use if it actually worked .

This device does not work on any of my cameras. No instructions or list of cameras that work or do not work so my only conclusion is this is totally useless and a waste of money.
