Read several of the negative reviews for the product, but decided to give it a try anyways -- for $8 it is a lot cheaper than buying a new Otterbox for $50+. The skin is a softer and more flexible plastic than you will get with the Otterbox Defender. Despite the many negative reviews, I have not had any problem with the skin thus far. It conforms very well to my plastic holster and does not slip or slide around at all.I felt the product worked exactly as advertised and is an excellent value.

Being realistic it does not fit as the original, i mean does not fit perfectly but it fits really good. My friends haven't notice the difference between this and the OEM.The material is lighter so i don't recommend it if you are going to use it in your pocket because you'll have to put it together every time you take your phone out. Use it with the belt clip.If you are a normal person, not a irrational perfectionist, you can buy it with eyes closed.

My husband broke the silicone skin for his otterbox phone case, so I purchased this one, which is supposed to replace an otterbox one. Well, it went around the otterbox shell just fine, but the tabs would not stay down so it protected against falls, but not dirt. It would pull off slightly when you removed it from the belt clip and he was constantly having to adjust it. So, not the greatest and doesn't replace an otterbox skin.

I put my phone in my pocket, and the skin gets misaligned sometimes, Doesn't take much to make it right, but it needs some maintenance from time to time. The rubber flap for the charger connection is tearing at the hinge, and will fall off completely sometime soon, but that is mostly from my abuse and will not make the phone non-functional.

I like this replacement. It may not be an offical Otterbox skin, but it fits well and it protects my iPhone. The botton did not fit as tight as I would expect where they charger fits, but I am okay with that for the price that paid. I would buy another would when it wears out.

This purchase was a good one. I am very happy with the purchase. I would recommend purchasing from all Amazon vendors as well as Amazon because their products are in exactly the condition that they are said to be in. I would not hesitate to order anything from them as I have made many purchases. This case is more durable than the original otter box skin. I find that it is not as stiff and therefore the parts that have to be manipulated often do not break as easily. I love this particular skin.

Great product for the price. Only paid a penny, $3 total with shipping. Product works really well. The only downside I have had so far is the flaps do not stay down. They just don't fit right. But the for the price I can live with that issue.
