I am very impressed with this amplification device. I had a sudden hearing loss in my left and now don’t hear well. This device allows me to hear my family at home and in the car. I do have trouble with loud noises in public (kids screaming etc), but hearing better in 95% of my time more than makes up for that inconvenience. The customer service is outstanding as well. I needed new thin tubes and vented ear buds, received them free of charge in under 2 weeks.

Too darn troublesome to pull the battery just to turn it off.

i love sound tube design, there are two types of tubes, thin tube and thick tube, came with all the difference size ear buds. i think there will be one for you. i choose the thin tube and small earn buds, works great! easy operation, the manual is very helpful. When i clearly heard my family taking to me. I am so happy. this product has changed my life. Thank you!

I found it quite easy to set up with two diameter sets of sound tubing, and easy battery installation.The model VIVO unit instructions are straightforward and very helpful.I plan to buy a second unit in the near future.Jerry MacDonald, Katy Texas

Purchased as a gift for Grandpa, Hearing Aids are so expensive. This amplifier is small, comfortable to wear and amplify sound for him. He has adjusted the volume but not tried the different programs yet. He is happy with the product and it costs much less than hearing aids

I am so happy to find this hearing aid. It is working very well for me and has tremendously improved my hearing. The manual is very helpful. I love the open domes because the closed domes make my own voice amplified, I used the thin tube, as they are more flexible and smaller. In all everything about this product is better than expected. I am really very happy with this purchase.
