Like pitcher. Hate pour spout!
Pitched filters water well it seems like it makes it taste cleaner. (I have city water unfortunately) only thing I hate is the pour spout when popping the lid off to fill it seems like it nearly impossible to keep the lil spout on. That’s my biggest problem and I am not really happy with the cost of the filters. Over all good processes but could use a modification on the top refill and pour spou5

Best water filtration pitcher on the market
I’ve had a Brita water filtering pitcher for years before learning about the Savtevia water filters. Not only does the Santevia filter out ten times more chemicals (~200 vs ~20), it also re-mineralized and ph balances the water. I don’t know of any other product on the market that does all three. So yes, it’s a bit more expensive than other brands, but it does so much more. Even with poor tap water quality, the resulting water comes out crystal clear and tasting great. If you want a true evaluation of the filtering effectiveness, use the filtered water to make ice cubes vs using unfiltered water; you’ll be able to see the difference clearly (pun intended). You won’t be disappointed.

Mixed feelings
I had the large Santevia filter with the mineralizing rocks 14 years ago. It was excellent quality. I let someone have it and honestly it’s been a loss. I’ve heard that the quality of those units has gone down so I was skeptical about getting this. Well some of the components feel cheap, especially the lip cover at the spout. However, the taste of the filtered water surpasses any other pitcher filter I’ve had over the past 10 years. This company has a knack for filtering. Please bring the quality back. Try triton or something.

Water tastes great
It’s a little heavier than my old pitcher but I just got city water and wanted a good filter and the water tastes just like my well water!

Save Your Money!
I purchased this because I buy a lot of bottled Alkeline water and wanted a cheaper alternative. If I can make my own at home, this would be wonderful. Well when it arrived I quickly unpacked and washed the pitcher. The instructions for the filter are to rinse (while shaking) for a minute, then fill up the pitcher twice and discard water. I rinsed the filter a little over a minute and then filled the pitcher three times (once more than recommended) and gave the water to my plants. I must note that when pouring the water out the pitcher to discard, the filter came crashing out when I got near the end of the water inside. There's nothing to hold or lock the filter in place, so when the pitcher is almost empty and you are pouring water, the filter comes out completely. I excitedly filled the pitcher up for the fourth time and placed in the fridge to chill. I loved how quickly the water went through the pitcher, it didn't take very long for it to make its way to the bottom. Well after a couple of hours I grabbed the pitcher and poured a glass. The first thing I noticed was all the filter debris floating around the bottom of the pitcher, as well as my glass. The water even had a bluish hue. I have ph test drops and placed some of the filtered water in a small measuring cup and added 3 drops. The water is neutral (7), not at all alkeline as it advertises the pitcher to make it. My water coming out the tap is an 8, so this pitcher actually make it more acidic. The only reason I don't drink straight tap water is because I don't know what dirty minerals or chemicals are coming through the pipes in my apartment. I've tried boiling tap water but it's so hard it ruined my tea kettle. I really wish this pitched did what it advertised it did, but sadly it doesn't. If it wasn't so expensive and leaked filter products into the water I would keep it and just use it to filter my tap water. But for $49 I'll be returning this product.

Knocked my old Brita right out of the park!
I LOVE this filter! I had been buying the Essentia all the time, so this has saved me a bunch of money (and plastic bottles). It filters SO much faster than my Brita that I have been using for years, and the slim profile even fits nicely in my dinky NYC fridge, although I usually usually just end up to leaving it on the counter cause I go through it before it gets cold anyway, haha.I also really love the the filters for this company are recyclable. It's great to see companies that actually seem to care about reducing waste.Plus, ALKALINE YALL! SO COOL.

Purefect...😁
Works great seen some comments about the filter being hard to install...I never had any trouble with it just push it in firmly and it snugly fits in place.

Better than bottled water
For years now my household has gone through an insane amount of bottled water because we refuse to drink nasty distasteful tap water and we've become annoyed with some of the other popular brand filtered water pitchers. With the ongoing crisis of single use plastics I knew we had to make a change so I decided to trust the reviews on this product and I made the purchase. I followed all the directions well and it was easy to set up and use and the best part is the taste of clean pure filtered alkaline water. I started off with a comparison between a clear glass of tap water and a clear glass of filtered water. 1st observation was the difference in water clarity. The filtered water was crystal clear I didn't see a single spec floating or swirling in the water. The tap water looked like I shook a snowglobe.2nd observation was the initial difference in smell. As I brought the glass of tap water towards my mouth I couldn't help but inhale the scent of contaminants and chlorine. Clean water shouldn't have a smell. The glass of filtered water on the other hand brought a sense of nostalgia. As you Brin it near your mouth the cold temperature and lack of chemical smell brings a feeling of clean cold crisp fresh winter air. 3rd observation and most important is the taste. I don't think I have ever in my life drank water that tasted and felt so clean. I now drink filtered water more often than I drank bottled water all these years.and the best part yet is that I've been feeling better mentally and physically. I've seen many videos of Dr semi a famous African doctor teaching that most ailments ppl have are a result diseases, viruses and bacteria thriving in a acidic environment whereas in an alkaline environment they cannot. I never thought too much of it until now. This product is a great purchase.

Poor design
Poorly designed. The filter and the pitcher doesn't seal completely like the other reviewers said. The water doesn't get filtered completely. The people who found the water to go thru quickly should check the seal. Also the filtered came in the package is black covered with the black sediment. It's impossible to completely washed off the black marks. The water tastes like it has a pinch of baking soda.
