Quality!!.. I opened the packaging to reveal a work of art....not just a box,and inside, a sumptuous, dark tissue, which released that rich, new, Quality boot aroma. The Boots are worth the expectation! .... Supple, satin brown leather, with a warm, soft, foot embracing lining!... Pull the laces to release them and rearrange them to tighten evenly. There seemed to be an extra clasp that I assumed was style and not my failing to utilise it's use.. I lifted my toes to fasten the final clasps on my shin to allow for movement, and sat back and watched motoGP...Warm,comfortable... Style.... Walked the dogs... Grip and no uncomfortable wearing in!..... Pros:Quality, well fitting, excellent style walking Boot.... Cons: had to put the seat back a notch in the car! Still going strong and no issues and still comfortable with no lining degradation and it's 2024.I do wax with 'Grangers waterproofing wax'...(other products are available) still an awesome boot.

I decided to spend a bit more on hiking boots this time as I do a lot of walking with my dogs. I normally get around a year out of mid price boots. I have had these boots for two days now so I can't comment on the longevity but initial thoughts are :They are very well made, very sturdy yet surprisingly lighter than they appear. Very comfortable after only two days (8 miles) of wear. The soles are deep cleated and offer the wearer great confidence when walking on icy surfaces. I'm very impressed with the height of the boots (mid calf) giving excellent ankle support when on rough terrain.They look good, can be worn inside or outside the the wearers trousers. Overall I'm very impressed with these boots and would wholeheartedly recommend them, they are at the higher price range for hiking boots but I feel they will be more than worth it in the long term. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

This is a full leather boot and the leather appears to be of good quality i.e. reasonably thick and supple. The sole has a decent tread depth and provides good grip on soft ground. The fit is accurate (when wearing hiking socks over everyday socks). My first walk was approximately 5 miles over rough ground in dry weather and the boots were comfortable with no rubbing and no evidence of any need to break them in. My second walk was a repeat of the first but in heavy rain and with numerous puddles and much mud. The boots were completely waterproof. Overall a very promising start.I am not aware of any other boot on the market of a similar quality (in terms of materials and construction) at any where near this price. Similar boots in the past have typically cost me in the region of £160. If they offer similar durability (2/3 years) then these will prove to be a very sound buy.

Boots seem to be well made, solid but supple leather upper - comfortable on road and on trails.Easy to fasten and stay fastened throughout my hikes.Have proven to be waterproof in the 6 weeks I have had them and clean really easily.Seems to be larger sized when compared to other brands - so have taken a while to find my comfort point.A lot lighter on than they look like they would be and are high like army patrol boots so feel different when first worn if not used to this height in boot

This is my 3rd pair of these boots over the last few years . They are excellent quality , very comfortable and look great too . None have worn out and are still in good condition apart from being soiled from work and other activities . I only get new ones for appearance . Can’t say enough about these boots .

This is my second pair fantastic can’t recommend enough. What I like., super comfortable once you put a few miles on them. How totally waterproof they are and light weight. I live in Norway in country they are on my feet round 8 months year in water out in the snow. They have a hard life and have lasted 5 years well worth the money

Great pair of boots. Very comfortable, easy you put on and take off and provide great support.I bought these after breaking my ankle and tearing my tendons, leaving me with weak ankles. These boots have provide me really good support and enabled me to walk long distances again.

Fits like a glove, beutifully warm and fully waterproof, I have tried several types of boots, one lot was such poor quality they fell to bits in a short while, others were not waterproof and last pair was so large it felt like you were wearing giant clogs, these are perfect in every way, you would expect them to be heavy but they are not, you could almost say they are lightweight, quality is excellent and even after regular use there is no sign of wear to soles or heels, i have no doubt these will last a long time and when the time comes to replace i will buy the same again. I highly recommend these boots.

I have gone through just about every brand of there are. Most of them did not last vey long. (I am hard on boots). These require no break in at all. They are very comfortable right out of the box, and last a long time.

Li sto usando da un mese, è inverno, che dire? Sono fenomenaliComodissimi. Io da sempre uso gli scarponcini modello basso, ma questi alti non sono da meno. Pagati un centinaio di euro. Li consiglio moltoSono semplici, comodi, resistenti e adattissimi per lavorare all'aperto o trekking (non estremo).Non sono pesanti come certi scarponi

Ik gebruik deze schoenen op de Motorfiets TOP.Zitten lekker aan de voeten en ook nog water dicht.Heerlijk Geweldige schoenen.ik koop voor de winter nog een paar voor in de sneeuw TOP schoenen.Maar ik had het kunnen weten want ik draag al 25 jaar of langer Gri Sport lage schoenen.en deze lopen precies het zelfde.Een aanrader dus.gr, Big Twin.ps. om ze waterdicht te houden op mijn motorfiets en om ze soepel te houden,wax ik ze iedere 3 maanden goed in dit is het behoud van je schoenen ik laat het er dan een paar dagen op zitten en goed intrekken daarna met een pluis vrije doek uitwrijven en ta da als nieuw en mooi soepel.ik heb me donderdag nog een paar van deze Toppertjes besteld,deze zijn net aan gekomen o wat een lekkere loop schoenen voor van de winter in de regen of de sneeuw,en mochten mijn motor schoen eens versleten zijn dan heb ik lekker nog een paar reserve schoenen staan,Dus ik ben heel blij met deze 2 paar hoge schoenen..heb nu totaal 7 paar grisport schoenen,2 paar lage en 4 paar hoge schoenen.En een oud paar voor in de tuin te werken.

Comfortable right out of the box. Will have to see the longevity. Seem very well made.
