Garden Lighting - Set of 6 Low Voltage Garden Pagoda Lights Complete with Transformer and Cable

This set was easy to install and worked without any problems. Looks good but I had to adjust the position of the central shade to get the best overall effect.

After year's of buying solar power lights only for them to go wrong or stop working altogether. It's nice to have lights that work and look good. Would deal with this trader again. Delivered on time. Product as described.

Great disappointment. Look good and price seemed value for money, but oh dear they were a pain to erect. Tabs on black and white plastic "shade" should slip into pre-cut slots, but slots were just not big enough. With help from a professional electrician we managed to get all six assembled and working, but within days the shades were popping off if you accidentally touched them while weeding. In two cases the shades took the bulbs with them and the bulbs could not be found among the plants. Now just four are working, and compared with our earlier lights they put out very little more glow than a solar lamp. Pity, because the materials used are reasonable for the price, but apparent poor manufacturing makes putting them together almost impossible.

Lights arrived in good time and when a part was damaged it was replaced very quickly.Overall the lights work well and I am pleased with them.

Design/Appearance OK but difficult to operate

Unless you feel quite competent at self assembly these are not for you. Very fiddly to put together. The lens part is not easy to clip to the bulb holder assembly. I broke a bulb trying to fit one - and there are no spare bulbs supplied. Now waiting for local electrical shop to get bulbs in. As with other low voltage lights the wires are pierced by a sharp end to the bulb connectors. One of these was not seated properly so I had to take them all apart to find the culprit. I then had to get pliers on the fitting and careful push it into place. They now work fine but these are easy to mess up. If I was doing it again I'd probably spend a bit more for a better product.

Very easy to install. Low maintenance and use them all year round. Our last set bought about 15 years ago and still in use. Great low-level lighting for the garden.

A tad fiddly to put shade on top however, customer service is excellent.

Die Freude an der Beleuchtung war groß - kinderleicht aufzubauen und zu installieren, auch der deutsche Stecker lag bei. Im Gegensatz zu den ganzen Solarlampen am Markt endlich mal wieder eine Beleuchtung, die dauerhaft funktioniert und auch noch super aussieht - dachten wir zunächst.....doch Hunde sehen das leider anders, und Kinder sehen nicht immer hin. 2 Lampen rannnte der Hund um und 3 Lampen "erledigten" die Kinder beim Ballspiel - der "Effekt": 5 Erdspieße waren zerbrochen und die schöne Beleuchtung war hinüber. Nochmal eine neue Beleuchtung bestellen??? Nein - mit diesem tollem Kundenservice von Olive Grohe nicht notwendig: Natürlich können wir helfen war die Antwort, und nach 5 Tagen kamen die Ersatzspieße - und das auch noch kostenlos!!!Sollte wieder einmal eine Gartenbeleuchtung zu kaufen sein, schauen wir jedenfalls zuerst bei dieser Firma nach!Bis dahin wünschen wir vielen anderen Kunden noch viel Freude mit dieser Beleuchtung - Kinder und Hunde kann man ja "erziehen", Hersteller mit gutem Service findet man dagegen oftmals etwas schwieriger....😀😀👍👍🐕🐕

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Nur ein Minuspunkt gab es, das Zuleitungskabel hatte am Anfang ein Defekt. Ich habe dies dann etwas nach hinten verschoben. Ich werde mir im nächsten Jahr noch ein Set bestellen.
