A mixed bag, but mostly good!
Ive gotten into honey as an alternative sweetener to sugar recently, specifically in cooking/ oatmeal etc - so thought it would be interesting to try three very different ones. And - Different they are; so I'll do a mini review of each - then the pack as a whole:The Black Forest Honeydew is really interesting - though definitely "honey" tasting, its got a much more intense flavour than most paler honeys, sort of like... pomegranate molasses, in that its deeper, richer, has an almost smokey or... resiny flavour - but also a really interesting sharpness. Its fantastic in meat dishes/ marinades - but a bit too punchy for things like oatmeal or tea.The Acacia is meh. I knew acacia honey was generally the mildest, i.e. I had read it was - but never actually tried it (not ashamed to say, although I probably should be ashamed, that my general go-to honey is your standard Gales blend - i.e. generic af). Having tried it, I was massively underwhelmed. Its basically - to me anyway - like a watered down honey. Its just sweet, with no real characteristics to make it interesting; think "sugary water with a dash of honey". That being said, its fantastic for sweetening things where you dont want to add much flavour, or where you want other flavours to be the focus. I tend to use this in lemon or iced tea, baking, drizzling on bland fruit - but honestly not much more. Which is probably why the jar is the fullest one. Finally the Wildflower - This is the boss as far as Im concerned. The MVP. The flavour is amazing - honey, obvs, but really mellow, flavoursome, moreish and indulgent tasting. The flavour is the closest to what you would be used to if you normally go for generic supermarket honey, but like the "extra special" version, it tastes floral but rich - its BEAUTIFUL. Its fantastic in oatmeal and baking, but this one I found I also just straight up craved, and ended up occasionally just eating off the spoon. It lasted less than a week. All three though are presented in a great pack, giving you three very different honey tastes, and being useful for three very different "roles". I love the versatility, and I love the variety - even though the Acacia one is most likely going to be sitting around for a while unless I do something weird with it like try infusing it with something.Another thing to note is that as this is raw honey, it arrives crystallised; If youre not aware of this, crystallisation happens more prominently and more quickly in unfiltered/ raw honey, as the tiny particles of pollen etc act as crystal seeds which speed up the effect; if it bothers you, you can gently warm it to make it runny again - but personally I tend to use honey most in cooking, or adding to hot things, so it doesnt make much difference. Plus, the Wildflower honey crystallised so much it made a sort of "Scottish Tablet" at the bottom of the jar which was INSANELY good - like I need to know how to recreate this because I need it in my life.So yah - all in all, great mix of honeys, its introduced me to raw wildflower honey which I will now be buying in place of my Gales one from Tesco, and Ive got a weird savoury honey I can use for more interesting cooking - but the acacia one was a real disappointment in the grander scheme - I would definitely prefer a trio with another "interesting" honey instead.

great flavour
while I feel it is a bit expensive I do like the flavour very much and would most likely purchase it again as I very much prefer it to the supermarket honey

Three very enjoyable honeys
I wanted some quality honey but, of course, the price is a little high if you end up with a jar you don’t like – and I’ve had one or two honeys that I haven’t enjoyed. So when I spotted this trial jar size of three different flavours I thought it was perfect. I was a little concerned about the mention of treacle flavour with the Black Forest version, but it is the merest hint, and of the three, it was the one I most enjoyed slathered on a hot crumpet.Three different flavours, but all very pleasant, and I would quite happily buy a bigger jar of any of them.

Is it raw?
The information on the jars doesn’t state the honey is raw and unpasteurised... it’s only states the honey is organic.I’ve bought it as a present,I wanted raw and unpasteurised honey,How do I know this honey is raw and unpasteurised?I’m not sure to keep it or send it back.

honey
It is nice to be able to have a choice of flavour without having to open a large amount and then maybe waste what is left. But lovely tastes on all of them. I usually prefer a more set honey, so a small runny-honey makes a nice change.VANDA

All were crystallised!
Crystallisation does happen with honey and you can heat them to rectify this but then you lose the benefits of raw honey. Impossible to stir them into yogurt in their current state. Very disappointing.
