So helpful for my frenchie
It made him nervous at first, but now every time we come home from the dog park he runs eight to the freezer to wait for me to put it on him. Immediately cools him down. I do wish it stayed cool for longer and I will likely need to get a different one if we go on longer hikes, but it's definitely worth it for the price!

MISLEADING INFORMATION
IT APPEARED THIS WAS ADJUSTABLE AND IT IS NOT THEREFORE I WILL NEED A LARGER SIZE . IT SHOULD CLEARLY STATE THAT IT IS NOT ADJUSTABLE EXCEPT TO A SMALLER SIZE. CHECK THE PHOTO IT SEEMS TO HAVE PLENTY OF ROOM TO LOOSEN OR TIGHTEN IT.

Ripped apart after 5 uses
The material used for the actual collar is ok, and bit wide, but the attachment part just shreds, had to immediately sew it upon receiving it bc it looked like it would come apart, then the other end which I didn't sew immediately came apart from plastic look...wore it 5 times and it came apart!!!

Doesn’t fit bigger dog necks
I have a medium sized German Shepherd mix. He’s a little chunky, so it didn’t fit on his neck comfortably. However, he loves to lay on it down his chest and it keeps him very cool that way

Perfect for hot summer!
My dog is a fluffy little guy and needs an extra care during the summer time. I got the cooling ice collar for travel purposes + at home to use at night when we sleep. He usually gets very sensitive when something touches him but for some reason he is enjoying this cooling collar. I think he knows that it’s cooling him down and this helps him to sleep well!

Instant relief for my dogs, highly recommend!
I just got these two days ago and wanted to share how big of a difference it's made for my dogs. I have a German Shepherd that is ALWAYS too hot and seems so miserable in the summer. He is currently fast asleep with his ice collar on, not panting at all. He actually gets excited when I pull the collar out of the freezer. This has been an absolute life saver. The gel packs freeze within 30 minutes and lasts a couple of hours, so I would recommend getting a couple of them that you can rotate out on hot days. I highly recommend this for anyone who has a fluffy dog that is suffering in the heat!

Great for Med sizer to large dog breads
It is somewhat bulky for my pup because he has smaller neck size (he is in between sizes I do like the adjustable part though

gel too thin strap broke
The strap tore in half after the second use. The gel is so thin the cooling doesn't last 5 minutes. I sewed it back together, took it apart with a stream ripper and added thicker gel strips and sewed it back up. Of course, the strap could break again. UPDATE: A different part of the strap just broke. The material they used for the strap for this collar is useless. I need to trash it or buy velcro strips and sew it on.

Works well, doesn't last long
My dog has a furry neck so it would warm up quick but definitely helped her in the heat wave
