Credit is due= this is so good. I was feeling ambitious and trying to host my first ever Yakitori party and went all out (as best you can being 101)... but I saw this stuff and knew it was going to work with certain skewers. The party actually didn't come off, we had some issues with charcoal but made a valiant attempt and had a backup cook plan that made it a happy night nonetheless- but let's face it this sauce is like the star of the show. My husband and I were already sneaking tastes out of the bottle straight before the party even started! Very very yummy and will buy a case to hoard lol * I get why there is a photo of a guy drinking it from the bottle lol

This sauce changed my life
The first time I was blessed to taste this exquisite sauce was back on a Thursday June 12th. It was a cool summer afternoon when I was over at my friends house and I was quite famished. Luckily my friend had a bowl of left over rice to which I could relive myself of such a terrible hunger, but there was one problem. I asked my friend, “Where can I find the soy sauce brother ”. Which he replied with , “ I think we’re out”. Suddenly my heart dropped. The realization that there was no sauce for this delicious rice faced me with the harsh reality that I would have to feast without that yummy yummy soy sauce. But then as if an angel fell from the sky my friend dropped a bottle right in front of my bowl of delicious rice and said , “Try this, it’s pretty good”. Fool ! my friend was obviously not aware of the masterpiece of sauce that he had in his possession stating the sauce as merely, “Pretty good”. Of course though at the time I was not aware this sauce would change everything. The bottle instantly attracted my attention as if my eyeballs were glued to it. I read out loud to myself , “K-Pop! Foods, Kimchi Mayo”? The bottle length was exactly 8.5 inches and length and the sauce contained in the bottle would reach about 4.25 inches. At first I was hesitant but I wanted to try something different. I first dabbed a little droplet of the sauce on my finger tip and proceeded to taste what little there was. I was instantly hooked, and knew I needed this with my rice. I emptied about half of what was left in the bottle into my bowl of rice. After that I proceeded to feast upon the rice, and I was more than enthralled and satisfied with what I was consuming. Soon enough the whole bottle was gone in such a little amount of time. I needed more..... I screamed to my friend , “More, MORE MORE MORE”! I then proceeded in the act of tossing chairs, flipping tables, and taking apart the kitchen to find more of this Kimchi Mayo. My friend kicked me out and banished me from ever coming back. I yelled , “ Fine! No matter I will find the sauce my self”. I spent the next 4 days searching every grocery store within a 10 mile radius. But no matter how many Ralphs, Sprouts, Trader Joe’s , or even Whole Foods I searched none of them carried the Holy sauce that is Kimchi Mayo. Finally I realized I could look online, which of course let me to Amazon. I bought a few dozen cases of the sauce, enough to where I thought it would satisfy by thirst. Luckily it only took a day for the shipment to arrive with the companies fast and reliable shipping service. I ate the sauce with everything rice, eggs, burgers, pizza, toast, spaghetti, burritos, fruits, vegetables, cereal, and everything. It came to a point I realized the food was only masking the taste of the sauce and I wasn’t getting the full taste of the Holy sauce. Now I only consume Kimchi Mayo, and it the only thing I’ve been eating since then. Overall I give this epic sauce a 9/10 would recommend.

Love it!
I love love love this mayo. The spicy level is just right. I eat it with everything. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 and not 5 stars is the bottle. It doesn’t squeeze out much. Very annoying.

Better than expected
This was extremely tasty. I actually put it on hamburgers, pizza, eggs, and a slew of other foods. It has a nice spice to it but not overpowering. I recommend this product.

Favorite Sauce!
Is this really back in stock?? This is my favorite sauce and I was so disappointed when I couldn’t find it for the last 6 months or so! I tried to find other sauces to use instead but nothing had the same flavor or consistency as this one.10/10! It goes with so many things (highly recommend on breakfast sandwiches!).

Great tasting sauce, but doesn’t taste like kimchi
A little hard to decide 3 vs 4 stars, but ultimately 3 because this is supposed to be kimchi spicy mayo, but it is just another spicy mayo. It does have a great taste, a little over priced, and I would probably buy again if it was more reasonably priced at say $5 or less per bottle. Right now it is $16.99 for a 2-pack, which is kind of steep when each bottle has only a cup (8 oz) of mayo.My main issue is that I was expecting kimchi flavor, and this did not have it. It tastes good and has a very nice flavor, just not kimchi. Kimchi is likely to be made from fermented Napa cabbage, daikon radish, or similar veggies, with gochugaru hot pepper flakes, and some type of fish sauce or actual fish like oysters, octopus, or squid for that fishy umami addition, along with other spices. This spicy mayo does list gochujang as an ingredient, but other than the pepper paste, no other flavor of kimchi comes through, and lots of sauces use red pepper flavoring. This sauce also uses more chili sauce with red pepper chilis than it does gochujang, and the chili sauce overpowers the gochujang, so if I didn’t read it on the label, I wouldn’t even know the gochujang was there, hence this spicy mayo doesn’t taste like kimchi. So I would give it 4 stars if I wasn’t misled into thinking it would have a nice kimchi flavor, and 5 stars if, in addition, it cost significantly less. It really does taste very good, so it is worth buying for those who don’t mind paying extra, or if the price comes down. Just not worth buying if you really are expecting it to taste like kimchi. Here is something I really recommend. Go to an Asian market and buy some Mat Kimchi. Or just make kimchi, it really isn’t that difficult, and lots of recipes and videos are available on-line. Next time you have a nice burger, add some kimchi to the burger instead of lettuce, and spread a little regular mayo on the bun. Then enjoy your kimchi burger that will really have that nice kimchi flavor, it is great!
