While they have amazing customer service, it’s obnoxious to utilize apple’s regular headphones with this case. I’m not sure if the connector is too shallow, but it constantly disconnects. This is my second one because I ran into the same issue with the first and was unsure as to whether or not I had the phone plugged in all the way. When I removed and put the case back on the adapter snapped so the case was pretty useless at that point. I continue to have issues with my headphones as well as chargers properly staying connected. Great case otherwise. More of an inconvenience than anything especially because I bought the case for the purpose of traveling, which like most people I often have headphones in.

I love this case. Working full time & a student part time I would have to charge my phone a couple times a day. This case is amazing. It's got a shiny yet matte feel so it's not slippery. The top part is a very flexible rubber and ready to take phone off and put back in. It fits perfectly in my pocket. Not to bulky. As for the charging, it charges my phone fast and I can get almost 2 charges out of it. It has the light indicator on the back that shoes how much life is left on it. Push button to see how much charge it has & hold it down for a couple seconds to start charging, which is nice so it don't accidentally get pushed. It's been a life saver and less hassle, no cord needed. Love it. Definitely with the price, 100% would recommend & purchase again.

I really love this phone case/charger but unfortunately, it is very easily broken. The little piece inside that connects it to your phone has broken off twice for me and I really am not too rough with it. The first time the company replaced it no problem. This time I am getting a refund and will look for something that is a little bit more durable. Also, this case is very heavy, but my guess is any case with a rechargeable battery will be. Just make sure you are very careful with it when you are plugging in the recharge, otherwise it will break on you.

Having been an iPhone user from the very beginning I have had a variety of protective charging cases in various iterations. This protective charging case is by far the lightest, smallest case and charger! It is also one piece that has a effective bumper on all four edges to protect the phones delicate screen. It is made of one piece of molded plastic with rubber edges that can sustain drops and bumps. It also packs a 100% charge that doubles the battery power of the iPhone. As a designer and photographic story teller I rely on my phone for sequential photos and videos. I have never been disappointed with this case and the power pack lasts all day and all night and then some! After having experience with a variety of cases/power packs I can say unequivocally that this is the BEST CASE EVER! Thank you!!!

So far I really like this case! The pink color is nice too. I have three small children (all under 6 years old) so I needed something that could take random falls. This case fits the bill! The extended battery always comes in when I need it and gives my phone an extra 1/2 day worth of charge. The only issue I have is that my headphones don't work with the case. Not a big deal since I don't use them that much but it would be helpful.

For years I had a Mophie charging case, but had to give it to my boyfriend after I upgraded my phone from the iPhone 6+ to the iPhone XS. I wasn’t ready to spend close to $100 for another Mophie case, so i turned to Amazon to find a cheaper, but equally high quality charging case. I found this case and after reading the positive reviews, I decided to give it a chance. I purchased the pink case and I am very pleased with my decision! While this case doesn’t charge as quickly as the Mophie, it is still a very good quality case and it is pretty too! :) I would recommend it!

I got this case for a trip I was going on to Disney. All day in the park, we use our phones for things like playing heads up while we wait in line and taking pictures, etc. Last time we went my battery was dead before the day was over but not with this little gem! I charged my case separate from my phone at night and everything lasted throughout the day with charge to spare. It does add some weight and thickness more than my regular case. I plan to keep it and use it primarily when traveling but I love it and think it’s great!

I use my phone more than the battery can handle so I always need an extra charge.I like this except for one reason. The charger has to be taken off the phone to recharge the phone. My cord unit won’t charge my phone with the battery case on the phone. I have to take the phone Out of the case and charge both of them separately.
