First off, I love love love this chair. It's very comfortable, plush, and sturdy. The fabric cover is soft and the cushioning is thick. I was looking for something that would stay comfortable for long gaming sessions on my computer and this delivers. It's honestly my new favorite chair. Having said that, there are a few small things that I feel could be improved upon:The armrests are on the low side, so if you're looking for arm support because you use your keyboard a lot, then I'd highly recommend some padded armrest covers to add a little height.As others have said, it does feel like the seat is tilting slightly down toward the front a little bit (a little like you're going to slide out), but being fabric covered makes this a non-issue. Just be aware that it does feel slightly tilted toward the front. I like to sit with one leg under me so it's kind of a nice feature this way.The seat back tilt is very tight and if you want to lean back in it, you're pretty much going to have to keep pushing back on it constantly. There is no leaning back and relaxing while the chair stays in place.Finally, for a "big and tall" chair, it's very skinny. My last chair was a normal sized chair, and the seat was much wider than this one. Which is honestly fine with me as I like a tighter chair, but if you're buying this for the "big" part instead of the "tall" part, then you may want to look at something else because it's fairly narrow.

I love the look of the chair and the material is soft to the touch. The lean back mechanism and lock works well.CONS1. The seat material is lacking and the support is limited. I give this 6 months before i need a cushion for the seat.2. The chair started tilting a bit to the right after a week of use. I disassembled and reassembled it and problem continues. I feel it has to do with the irregular welding of the legs. Nothing else makes sense.3. I agree with other reviewers that the design of the seat is somewhat constricting. It is after all designed as a chair for someone with some girth. Doesn't' live up to the hypeUPDATEI wound up returning the first chair and received a replacement because of the above mentioned issues.The vendor was a joy to work with and extremely helpful throughout this process. I am now using the replacement chair and after a week of 7-8 hour a day use, I can already see the same issues developing with the seat cushion (or lack thereof) The issue is not the vendor, but the manufacturer, it is poorly constructed in terms of support. I also echo other reviewers comments that for a chair that is advertised as a "wide" chair" it is just as wide as my $80 chair that I replaced. All in all, I would buy again from this seller, but certainly not this manufacturer. There are better options out there. Look around.UPDATE #2I have now had this chair for close to 2 months. As predicted, the seat padding is now completely flat. I have had to purchase a seat cushion in order to use this chair. The chair has now also started to lean to the right just as the first one did. All in all, this was a horrible purchase. I have downgraded it to a 1 Star. My recommendation is to not purchase this product, you will wind up regretting it like I did.

When I first got the chair I realized it was missing a piece. Customer service was very helpful. It took a couple weeks to get a replacement but the replacement was perfect. My only issue with the chair itself is it seems to be tilted slightly forward and that you can’t lock it into a position tilted farther back. The rocking feature is really going to build my calf muscles. It is super plush and soft. I love the fabric it’s made from. It was easy enough to put together even though the instructions are not very good. It goes low enough and high enough for me. I do wish it was a bit wider as I am a larger girl and higher arm rests would be nice but overall it is a good chair and the customer service was wonderfully helpful.
