The capsules are smaller than my acid reducer and I love that it's six small capsules rather than one or two "horse pills". I simply take two capsules with each meal so I get my vitamins spread out throughout the day. I started taking these just one week after VSG surgery and they have been very gentle on my new healing tummy. They do not contain iron so I can take them with my calcium supplements and then just take a separate iron pill before bed time. I'm thrilled to have found these great quality and gentle vitamins for less than $15.00 a month!

I liked the large size bottle - I couldn't find it on Bariatric Advantage's website. The price was fair I think considering they charged $20 for shipping and handling. I paid it because I'm tired of going to the hospital pharmacy to get more vitamins. I noticed the size of the capsule is a bit smaller than before so that's a plus! The vitamin powder inside also looks lighter. I am going to try to take all the vitamins I'm supposed to be taking which is always a challenge now that I have this huge bottle! haha! My hair and nails will be thankful.

I had a vertical sleeve gastrectomy in December of 2013. I am required to take vitamins the rest of my life. I take six of the capsules per day. I was not allowed to take the capsules until I was at least a month from surgery. I didn't start to take them until I was three months out because I was using up the chewable vitamins manufactured by the same company. The capsules are easy to swallow and after you have had the VERY sweet chewable vitamins, it is nice to have a vitamin you can just swallow when you are trying to get your required vitamins in. Between the ultra-sweet protein shakes and chewable vitamins, my tastes changed and I don't crave sweet foods as I did before surgery. I set up my vitamins on a weekly basis using a very large pill sorter and small plastic pouches. I place the daily small plastic pouches in a larger zip lock bag for the week. I label the large zip lock bag with a permanent marker so I know what is in the small plastic pill pouches. It allows me to just grab my daily vitamins and go to work or other activities.

After reading these reviews, I went ahead and purchased these vitamins after surgery in February. My labs have been great ever since. I will continue to keep ordering these vitamins.

Very good product the only problem it did not contain iron

I had weight loss surgery 4 years ago. My doctor recommended these after surgery, to be taken for the rest of my life. One reason was for hair loss prevention. They had told me I would probably lose a significant amount of hair, especially w/o these vitamins. I've not lost any significant amounts of hair. In fact, my hairdresser has to thin my hair out every time I get a trim. Also, I've had many vitamin panels after the surgery & they've all been great. I credit the reduced hair loss and the good vitamin panels to my taking these every day since the surgery. Try them. You won't be sorry.

A one month supply from my doctor was costing me over 36.00 a month this is the same product at a awesome product I take 2 a day thank you for your awesome customer service and value.

Cheapest I have found for the amount they give you. Will continue buying from them.
