BIOTONEMuscle Joint Relief Creme, 128 Ounce (1 Gallon)

This is a well made product that has been a favorite of my clients for the past 9+ years. It has a slight medicine smell that fades and is very soothing to achy muscles and joints. It uses healing plants and extracts, ingredient list is so healing, and it gives a good all-purpose feel to it. When used lightly it allows friction and thicker it gives great glide. I have tried many brands out there (I am always being given different massage products to try) but I keep purchasing Biotone and my clients love them. The other ones I use are Relaxing Therapeutic Cream (Lavender) and Dual-Purpose (unscented arnica). This is the one that I purchase the most, Relaxing is a close second. I highly recommend purchasing the Biotone Pump to go with these jugs (not Dual Purpose, it is too thick). I just had to order my first replacement pump since 2007 so it is well made, wipes clean easily and help prevent waste of having to pour into a small bowl/container to use.

I am a professional massage therapist for 7 years now. I have used this stuff forever. It works well, if you over applie it dries up, great for deep work, but will glide nicely if need be. I do NMT and Myofascia release and this is good for both. My clients also love it since it dries up and does not leave them oily feeling like a shower is needed. It also works great for dry hands and elbows and knees. Only complaint is the price haven’t up 25%. I buy a gallon at a time and average 4 gallons per year with 20 hours massage per week average. Also pumps berry well.

I got this for my mother who has sciatica and she loves it. My masseuse used it on me while giving me a massage and I ordered a small jar for myself, but for my mother who had been using a tube of Arnicare a week, this was so much better. She rubs it into her hip area each night and gets relief while sleeping. I highly recommend this product for relieving aches and pains. It contains four active ingredients that help reduce inflammation.

I absolutely love this product. As a Massage Therapist that has been doing this for almost a decade now, its nice to finally have a massage product that is smooth and lasts in small quantities.

I am a massage therapist and have been trying different creams to use for clients. I used rice bran oil for years because it have great drag and was greasy like most oils. But I decided to switch up my product to prevent sheet staining and just to see what was out there. I’m used to using top quality products for my clients and have always been a fan of Biotone creams. I really wanted to try this one because it had arnica in it, and I was looking to add a little extra to my massages to offer muscles and joint relief. I’m actually pretty disappointed in this product, which makes me sad to write. I purchased the large gallon sized one thinking “what could go wrong?” because I love the consistencies of their creams. However, this is more like biotone lotion. Unlike a typical cream, this absorbs quickly into the skin (I like to use less product to get drag), so I need to use twice as much product. Other than the consistency, I like the product. I probably won’t buy it again though because the consistency is a big thing for me.Other things I like about this, I like the light scent. I notice right away it has a very slight warming and I notice it’s effects right away.I would buy again only if the consistency was actually like a thick cream and less like a lotion. I would definitely recommend this to others, even though I don’t like the consistency, as other people may not be as picky as me. I will likely start using Weleda oil w/arnica or go back to my last cream Sacred Earth cream. Still rating the product 4/5 stars despite my personal preference for a thicker cream.

I employ 2 massage therapists who ask that this particular version of Biotone be available. They inform me that it's glide is great, provides pain relief and is tolerated well by 95% of patients. They also use coconut oil that, so far, is tolerated great by all patients.

I’ve been using this in my practice for many years. Either the formula changed for the worse or this is a bad batch. It’s lumpier & thicker. The pump I bought from Biotone won’t even work in it. Ordinarily, I would rate this product 5 ⭐️. This shipment is awful.
