Perfect colored pencil storage!
I'm really thrilled with this Mega 10-Drawer Stackable Artist Wood storage box. I've organized my drawing pencils and colored pencils by color. The drawers will actually hold two layers of pencils if you really need it. My only concern was not being able to see all my pencils easily, so I used Posca markers to indicate which color was in which drawer. The drawers easily pull out and go back in, so when selecting colors for a project you can very easily pull your pencils. (I keep my less expensive pencils in the rounder on the top for my grandson to use). The drawer slides aren't completely perfect so if you pull it out crooked it does stick a little. But as long as you pull straight out and back the drawers work perfectly smoothly. I've been looking for something like this for a long time for my colored pencils. So happy to have found it.

Nice. Stacks well
Nice to keep my supply’s in. I use it for dies and stampsI can remove slates to make some have more room. I just wiggle it with pliers

Very sturdy and nice looking.
Really helped organize my craft supplies. I got the 10 drawer to have plenty of storage. I did not fill the drawers completely full with my Prismacolor Pencils; I left an inch empty so I could grab the pencils without struggling. It holds all my paint brushes and pallet knives. I took the dividers out of 2 of the drawers and my tin of Stampin' Up watercolor crayons and tin of Stampin' Up watercolor pencils fit with room to spare. Some of the drawers were sticking so I just rearranged the order playing around with it a bit. No problems now.Little pricey but worth every penny. It will definitely cut down on frustrations of digging for everything and the clutter on my desk with jars of pens brushes and markers. I had also forgotten I even had the crayons .This is pretty enough to have sitting out.I would buy again and I would recommend to a friend.

Good buy for more than just art supplies
Got it to store my pens, pencils, art supplies AND my crochet hooks. Even deep enough to hold furls hooks. Only issue is I dont like the finish of it, so I might sand and finish it later. Had it for almost a year and its held up well. I labeled all my drawers and thats held up too. Though I am not opening and shutting the drawers a lot and it might not hold up for hard core opening and shutting a thousand times a day. I do like that the drawers come out all the way, makes it easier to sort and reset things for ease of use.

It works
First: I got an Amazon question that asked if I was stupid for paying $70 for this. I didn’t pay that. I got it on a prime day for $50. It’s still a lot of money but with multiple sets of pastels I couldn’t think of a better solution for storing chalks and pencils together by color that would work. Luckily US Art Supply has. Some people have stated that it’s flimsy. I disagree, but I’m storing chalks and pencils in a dry space. Possibly if you were storing something heavier and wet this would fall apart. I don’t anticipate that being a problem for me.I like that they stack. Space is an issue for me. As is finding something I’m looking for when I need it.It’s a great product. I’m planning on buying another in the future.

Useful for flatter items
I really admire the functionality and aesthetics of this piece. Drawers slide smoothly. it does hold Copic pens, brushes , pencils, palette knives, and various flatter items. If you’re using it for jewelry it is too small heightwise for rings. it will hold necklaces, Bracelets and earrings. Mostly, I think it would be good for storing pencils, watercolor, pencils, pens, crayons, pastel sticks, smaller paint tubes, and other crafty items, even scissors. It’s so much prettier and organic than plastic Drawers

a great wood box for art supplies
(EDIT) (I wasn't sure if this was high enough to hold markers, but it holds my spectrum noir, copics and prismacolor markers if anyone is wondering about these for that purpose of storage)I'm glad I took the chance after reading all the bad reviews. This box is AMAZING!I didn't expect perfect craftsmanship with a drawer unit like this being as cheap as it is. Finished and better quality drawers run hundreds of dollars. With that being said, I found it almost perfect. Yes, you can see some of the glue at the bottom but it isn't sloppy in my case. Honestly I'd recommend painting the bottom drawers and dividers white or black so it has nice contrast with the colors of your at supplies.I read a many reviews, claiming their drawers were stuck. Mine did not come that way. Each one comes out perfectly and goes back in perfectly. I think depending on how it's stored in the warehouse is how you'll end up getting it condition wise. All in all, I ADORE this box and it's my new baby. I ordered a second set of 10-drawers because it's great quality and I ran out of room on the first! (The last picture is both stacked)

The drawers are great - the Amazon Warehouse description was inaccurate
The drawers are decently constructed—a little loose, and not "perfect", but really useful. I purchased the Amazon Warehouse version as "very good" condition. That said, there was a saw cut / tear [photo] through the bottom of one set of drawers, and the pegs were loose. I only received three pegs, with four holes in each piece, so likely at least one peg was lost through the tear in the shipping box. I will be returning this, and then have to order a replacement at a higher price. As for the drawers, they are study. As some reviews mentioned, there is a little visible glue, which is smooth and does not interfere with functionality. Also, as mentioned in other reviews, the dividers are glued in. The supplier would do well to get a version with the dividers not glued, this would add value to the piece. That said, I still find the drawers sturdy and useful, and will get a replacement. I am unhappy with Amazon Warehouse for their inaccurate description, and poor shipment packing. This is not the first time I have quality issues.
