NJ Leatherworks Leather Bag Strap, Adjustable Replacement Shoulder Strap for Messenger, Duffel, Laptop, Camera Bags or Purses

The shoulder strap of my husband’s black messenger bag/briefcase had broken at the clip. This was a perfect replacement. The quality of the strap is absolutely wonderful. I only wish it was offered without the white stitching.

The wife bought a nice purse online that came with ultra thin straps that were very uncomfortable, even digging into her shoulder. Rather than trash the whole purse, we put this wider strap on it. It was a perfect match in color and size proportional to the purse. Very comfortable for her to wear for hours at a time. An option with black threading would have been nice but overall she’s very happy with the strap.

I build custom boomboxes for a living. Sometimes I need to incorporate a shoulder strap on systems that are going to be carried for extended periods of time. I really liked the solid quality and feel of this. Even though it was stiff and not broken in yet, I still found it agreeable with my shoulder. The aesthetics are also pleasing and for the design I was working on, it is a real show stopper. Will gladly buy more of these in the future.

The strap on my briefcase broke several years ago, and because I really like the briefcase and was tired of always carrying it by the handles, I decided to look into replacing the strap. NJ's adjustable leather strap is a little more rustic in appearance than my briefcase is, but that doesn't bother me. I wanted something that would last and be comfortable (I tend to overfill my briefcase), and this strap seems to work well. It is constructed well and the hooks seem to be very sturdy.

I bought the brown leather one last year and loved it so much that I asked the makers if they had black. They responded and said they were working on it and here it is!! I love it. I have both now and I use them for my instrument case. They are great quality and look very professional. I highly recommend this product!

Beautiful and works great! Latches well and the swival work wonderfully. My old briefcase strap started falling off all the time, this has been a wonderful replacement.

The product functions as described. Unfortunately the labeling inside the box leads you to believe that the strap was manufactured in Pennsylvania. In actuality the origin of manufacture was not U. S. (you need a magnifying glass to see the origin of manufacture, under the barcode) This causes me to view this item as deceptive marketing!
