When my husband brought back samples of this shampoo and conditioner from a recent trip out of town with business associates I was intrigued as they looked like spa quality products.The first time I used them I was not at all impressed however. It was probably because this shampoo is deep cleaning and it was removing product build up from my hair. I also didn't leave the conditioner in long enough. The second time was the charm.I fell in love with the scent of the shampoo which is like walking through a grove of blood orange trees. Then I noticed that the conditioner needed to be on my hair for about three minutes to be effective. When I blow dried my hair a warm orange scent enveloped me. It was true love. I had to have these products as soon as possible. So I splurged and bought these large containers of shampoo and conditioner which will hopefully last me all summer.It takes about ten pumps of shampoo to get enough out of the container however. The conditioner will run out slower than the shampoo since I use about double the shampoo for two washes. I can promise you, you will feel like you are having a virtual vacation to Italy in your shower. The warm scents of the conditioner lingers in your hair and you catch whiffs of it throughout the day. Instead of weighing down my hair, it feels lighter as the conditioner rinses out so completely.So I'm totally in love with this shampoo and conditioner and think you will love it too. If you combine this with the blood orange scented exfoliating soap and moisturizer you will feel like you've had a spa experience and walk around all day feeling luxurious. Tried this shampoo as a hotel housekeeping mini. Fell in love and came home and ordered. Been using for about 6 weeks. I have hair to my waist and it’s thin and silky and tangles like it’s on an evil quest to capture…well, capture something - frankly I wish it would capture some money. But anyway, this shampoo leaves my hair really silky and much less tangly. It also smells amazing. I thought it was a little pricey and the pumps are little tiny pumps, and I’m forced to pump 10 times to get enough for my hair. Product is great - pump mechanism is meh. Price is also meh. I’m willing to pay it but I feel kinda salty about it.

Cleans and conditions well, smells nice and light.

I love the smell of the shampoo. The conditioner is OK and both products work put the bottles don’t pump properly. It’s terrible because these are pricey. I won’t be buying this product again even though I really love it.

I love this product.

The shampoo smells like plastic and it takes a large amount of it to make a lather. The conditioner does not make my hair soft like it did at the hotel. Suspicious that this is not the real thing. For the very high price, I will be returning it .

I commented to my husband that I liked this product in a hotel where we stayed. He bought me more as a girt - which was very sweet, but a waste of money. There are lots of good smelling, quality shampoos for a fraction of this price. I've enjoyed the product, but told him not to buy any more.

I love the product but I really dislike how it was shipped, in a soft envelope, as some of the shampoo leaked out of the bottle. As a result of the leakage I lost out on several shampoos. Very disappointing.
