My 15-year-old son has taken the GH Creation pill and following all the recommendations such as drinking milk and exercising on a daily basis, very persistently. However, his height hasn't grown at all for the past 6 months. This pill doesn't work, at least not for my boy.He's currently 3" (7cm) shorter than me. I'm hoping he can still grow some more.

Additionally, it improved my sleep, and I believe that after using it all I would grow 1.5 inches taller in 3 months. In case you don't know, this product only supports your hormones to grow, but doesn't actually grow you. For you to grow taller, you have to exercise, eat healthily, and sleep well, so don't just drink and expect to grow taller. It's worth a try if your height is stomp like mine. Give it a try with exercise, sleep well and eat healthily then you should be good.
