I've been looking for a supplement to support male fertility as most of the supplements seem to be aimed at Women. I read some articles about Lycopene and Zinc and thought I would give this a go (since it contains both). They have more details of the benefits on their website. Packaged nicely with days of the week on the packet to keep track and it seems easy to swallow. It's a little early to tell but I think it's well worth trying even if it helps the odds on conceiving.
