Royal Black Grill Cleaning Pad, Package of 10

I have been using these cleaning pads regularly for a year or more. They are the best item I have found for cleaning a stainless steel grill when it has a lot of burned on food residue on it, while not harming the stainless steel in any way. It makes quick work of a job that was a real nuisance until I found these pads. I use each pad for 2-4 cleanings. I rinse them out and let them dry between uses. If I see any loss of effectiveness in cleaning power, I grab a new one. I think they're a very good value.

Cleans Great .

I had been cleaning my smoker grills with steel wool and hot soapy water. This was very effective, but was a little messy and I went through a lot of steel wool (pretty much had to throw it away every time). These synthetic nylon pads coated with abrasive do a good job of cleaning . . . takes a slight bit more time and elbow grease than the steel wool, but only slight. I also have a viewing window on the lid of my smoker and it does a good job of cleaning the smoke/grease off of that, too. I have used the same pad twice and it shows practically no wear and tear. I just leave it on the counter to dry after rinsing the soap and grease out, then put it away for next time. The package of ten I got should essentially last a lifetime (a very long time, anyway)!

I use these almost exclusively while grill grate is cool. It catches all the nooks and crannies. I clean after every use, so it works for me. Maybe not so much if lots of burnt on gunk.

They work great for cleaning dishes. I bought them for cleaning my grill and griddle. It is best to clean a grill or griddle when hot, and these are NOT heat resistant. The deteriorate rather quickly under high heat. Other than that, they are super abrasive and a great product.

I actually got these to clean old hardwood floors in an old house. The floors were covered with paint spills and already in bad shape. Since these Grill Pads are advertised to not scratch but to get off crud I thought I'd try them on the floors. I used Goof Off and these pads and the floors look great. I am using the leftovers in my kitchen and will be getting a few packs for my kids for THEIR kitchens.

These were alot thinner than ones I bought before. They work good but they wear out fast. as good as thicker ones for cleaning my grill grates. I give 4 stars

About same thickness as Weber cleaning/scrubber pads. Weber little tougher than these. But these are priced well, see how it goes with future cleanings. I use scrub pads between the grilling surface grates, to remove stuff between the grill grate openings while held in my hand.
