Monica Hailes Cooking School: Bread for the Thermomix Kindle Edition

On second checking (it’s been a while) I find the instructions regarding type of pan is nothing I can relate to. Never heard of such pan descriptions. Reading some recipes I am able to tell they are regarding the use of older version of the TM(Thermomix models). Looking at one bread loaf recipe - picture of finished product Stil in pan-but the pan appears to be larger than unusual bread pans, not sure of size-didn’t say. Also the bread looked different than just rolled into a loaf. There is more to just “seam side down“. Not something I am not eager to try.

This book is worth it's weight in bread. The recipes are easy to read, and there is so much common sense an logic.

Fantastic recipes, you can tell they've been developed over a lifetime of baking. Great cookbook.

I tried most of the recipes. They all work fine and so delicious. I love it. Cheese and Onion bread is my fav.

Couldn't wait for this book to be released. What a wonderful collection of recipes and where to start?First recipe baked was the country style rye & caraway loaf and a winner! The crust is so crusty - had to cook for approx 10 minutes longer as it didn't have that hollow sound when tapped. The inside, by comparison, is soft and so aromatic. It is a darker loaf, the taste not dissimilar to sour dough due, no doubt, to the inclusion of yoghurt and molasses. Well done, Monica! Looking forward to trying out the other recipes.....

Bought as a gift - Lovely book, has a picture for nearly all of the recipes, if not all. But I was a bit disappointed it was so thin...i didn't read the description properly - it does actually say 20 recipes... But still bit expensive for what it is i think...

Great bread recipes for the Thermomix. This is well written, easy to follow and has some superb recipes. Monica is also easy to contact on Facebook if you have a query.

Absolutely fantastic book with a great range of recipes. I've always been stumped with making bread in my thermomix, but this book has made all the difference! I've tried a couple of recipes with fantastic results so far.

Brillant overview of all breads people like love to be able to feed my family and friends things we see in the shops at a fraction of the price.Monica has made it very easy to follow and makes it all seem so easy looking forward to trying them all.
