We're somewhat casual preppers because we reside in a place that's vulnerable to natural disaster so we experienced energy cuts for several days at any given time, therefore we have planned to become self-sufficient for over a week. It addresses planning to satisfy your fundamental needs of food, water, shelter, warmth, and private protection. Most of all it provides advice for making it through most imaginable problems.

You get what you pay for, thankfully it was only .99 I would have been quite upset if I paued any more. You could get more off of a FEMA or homeland security public site. Extremely basic common knowledge kind of stuff.

This "book" contains only the absolute most basic information on the topic and you would be better served by just doing some poking around on Google. Most of the chapters are little more than a few paragraphs. I got this eBook as a freebie. If I had paid the sticker price for it, I would want a refund.

This is a complete guide to prep and make sure you have enough food, water, and other essentials during a disaster! It was very well written and was full of details.

A very limited discussion on what to stockpile. The information in this book can be found on one or two web pages. I would think of this book as a general summary of what to stockpile not "The Ultimate Guide"
