Stays cold longer than I thought it would.
Torn meniscus PT reccomeded that I get a frozen ice roller to use on swollen calf and behind knee. This ice ball roller gets cold and stays cold for at least an hour. Easy to use. Also great for shoulder pain if you can get someone to use on your shoulders. Love this item.

useful device for my golf elbow pain treatment
Easy to massage painful area with this roller ball, and no more ice melting water drops since the ball keeps cold temperature quite long time which is enough for my needs (around 15~20mins).

Buy this for instant relief
We had considered the CryoFreeze product but found this more economical version. It easily fits in your hand and stays cold for a long time once you have put it in the freezer.

I wouldn’t buy it again. It’s not worth it that’s all I have to say about it it doesn’t heat up and it’s really cold just not worth it

Works great!
