Yorkshire Lantern

I am very happy with this little magical lantern. Very stunning. I was very pleased with the roof colour. I had read other reviews where people were not so satisfied with colour. I was fortunate. Mine came exactly the way it was pictured. The roof was a rustic plum colour and really compliments my other plum accents in my decor.

I ordered several of these lanterns. The Yorkshire needed a little touch up with craft paint. The fretwork needed a touch up. It had a shabby chic look in off white. I didn't like it, so I painted it metallic gold. Goes good with the brown roof which looks purplish in the picture.

We love these lanterns. We have tried to collect them all. They look like they should be alot more expensive then they are. We get so many compliments on all this companies lanterns. Everyone wants to know where we get them from

completes my other lanterns and is wonderfully made, with its own look yet fits in with the architecture lanterns. came quickly and well packaged

Quaint and quite pretty. My with wanted a village and that's what I got her. She is pleased and so am I.

I enjoy this on my fireplace mantle; it is a good fit both size and color-wise, and it will hold a larger candle than just a tea light.Each of the lanterns vary in size with the Pennington, Yorkshire, & Cambridge appearing to be the largest. I ordered the Yorkshire, Cathedral & the Pickford. The Cathedral has beautiful light effects, but the door is too narrow for anything but a tea light if you want longer light time. The Pickford, while beautiful in design, is quite blue.
