You will expect better! Just ok after dealing with issues.
Be Careful! I had some issues with parts missing upon arrival. List of issues:1. Packaging - This is a HEAVY product! The fact that they wrap it in a flimsy box shows disregard to their own image. The box was utterly destroyed.2. The connecting pins - I received 2. There are supposed to be 32. Apparently they just toss them in the box loose. so if, for example, the box were to have a hole in it from shipping they would spill out during the process.3. Powder coated or painted? - I had to grind the insertion ends of all the connecting pipe. If you don't have a grinder, good luck. This is not dremmel tool capable. This added hours to the build.4. I called the support number on the instruction manual about the missing pieces. After a few minutes it became clear to me that if I were to jump through all the hoops that were being thrown at me, I would never see this canopy installed. I gave up after being asked all kinds of dumb questions to prove I bought the damned thing, including being asked to send proof of purchase.5. The 20' length should be labeled + or - . The bars that connect the ribs are not fastened to the ribs so they tend to pop out a lot during assembly and if your ground is uneven at all expect your legs to point in funny directions..What I did. I went to the hardware store and replaced the missing fasteners with brass screws, washers and nuts. I ground the extra paint or powder coating off the ends of the insertion points. My son and I then assembled the canopy and while satisfied with the end product (So Far) I dare say it was an overall frustrating and bad experience and not one I would recommend to friends.

It's a great unit accompanied by a large amount of installation obstacles!
The product itself is terribly warped, one star. However, the customer service was excellent and I was finally able to put it up, two stars gained. I bought the same unit 10 years ago and it has been serving the supposed function well. Bought a second unit two months ago with a much higher price, but I want it to match the old unit. The quality cannot match up with the old one. There were multiple defects with the unit I received making it impossible to assemble. First, four corner side connectors were mistakenly replaced by 4 corner ridge connectors. Second, one center ridge connector was welded with an angle (~175 degree) instead of strait (180 degree). This caused the ridge tube not being able to fully inserted. The result was that the cover barely fit. Third, multiple (at least 5, most likely more, I didn't really count) tubes have either warped ends or internal ridges requiring hammering and grinding to finally fit in. It took me about two weeks (including waiting for parts) to get it finally set up.I called ShelterLogic complaining about the misplaced parts. No questions asked, they sent me the correct replacements immediately (two stars gained here) and asked me to discard the wrong parts (not sure if I should take away one star here because I feel the company should be responsible to recycle the waste). At the end, I have reserved recommendation for this product. It is very expensive comparing with other similar products, but it came with the only two inch tube I was able to find. Assembly was a nightmare, yet customer service was applausable.

Would be 4 stars if it fit together
The box ripped open when it was delivered by UPS and the pipes were spilled out on the patio when we got home. Bad packaging. The product is strong and looks good but there are devils in the details. There were three kinds of pipes. Some big fat pipes fit fine and worked great. About 5 big fat pipe ends did not fit at all and I had to use a hammer to pound them into a shape to allow them to fit. I don't know if they were damaged or just poorly made. Then there are the small pipes that run lengthwise (20') along the top and sides. The pipe fittings for these are not designed right. Most of them did not fit without some kind of pounding, then once fit, a little factory crimp in the fitting only let the pipe in a half inch or so. Pounding with a mallet did not help too much, and pounding one pipe would cause the other pipes to fall out. Very frustrating. Finally we duct taped the partially fit pipes together. Unfortunately this left the length too wide for the canvas. Nothing in the instructions provides any guidance on how these are supposed to fit and a call to customer service had a very helpful person offer no advice except "put bolts in the holes", except there are no holes in the troublesome fitting so that advice was bogus. I suspect there was a design change that did not get in the documentation or back to the support desk.If I did it again I would position it so it could be pounded with one end being held against something solid so pounding with a mallet would be effective. In our application, we were constrained by the edge of a building so could not pound from one end to the other with one end held in place. Regardless, YOU NEED A GOOD MALLET TO ASSEMBLE.My wife gives this tent a zero stars because it was so frustrating putting it together. She wanted to return it but after 4 hours assembly, I am reluctant to disassemble and return. On the other hand, the pipes are solid and it survived a huge wind storm the night after we installed it. The edges of the tent canvas don't look great but overall it's a good product once assembled. After the wind storm, we secured the feet and put weight on the joints to hold it down better and it's now pretty solid.

Not perfect at all
For a canopy this large, it seems somewhat under-engineered with too few pins holding things together. However, having said that, it has withstood winter so far. The shipment came with 5 connector pieces with the wrong angle. Shelterlogic kindly sent us the correct pieces, but it was a pain in the butt to have gotten the installation going, only to stop for two weeks while we awaited delivery of the new pieces. Quite a few of the pieces had rust on them too, as if they had rubbed against each other, wore off some of the powder coating, and then sat somewhere damp for a while.

Overpriced, Not enough accessories, not strong enough to handle winds, Poor/ No Customer Service
Short of accessories like locking bolts to make it strong, contacted the vendor through the website, never recieved a reply over 10 days now. Terrible customer service. We had to buy extra locking bolts for joint and also for the ground bolting. Not worth a buy, Do not recommend at all

Very sturdy
This worked really well for an outside covered area.

No good for wet weather
Condensation forms on the underside of this canopy and soaks everything underneath. It is useless at keeping anything dry.
