This item is so cool. Our dog really loves her little cubby. It is nice and cozy for her. I would recommend to all pet owners.

It's beautiful and stylish but a pice just broke when taking parts out of the box. I managed to put it together with my own joints and screws but the screws peovided kept falling out of the holes and not jeeping the pins in place. The door closes tight enough for our crate trained dog but if you use the lock it gets stuck. I decided to keep it because I was very tired of returning amazon products and the asthetics was what I was looking for but wouldn't recommend it

Pretty nice for the price point.

We ordered the product as a scratched unit discounted. It appears to be repacked with new components except door-you can see dog scratched and chewed inside AND no hinges which were to come pre-attached to door part. Oddly damaged door shows no screw holes that it was ever attached to side? We would take just a new door with hinges and not a full return but wasn’t given that option?

I have Chihuahuas and my dogs love this (I have 3 of these crates). The instructions and product information does say that you should only use with dogs that are crate trained and used to crates - it wouldn’t withstand a dog who didn’t want to be crated but then you shouldn’t be crating a dog in that case anyway.Similar types of product are 5 or 6 times the price of this and I note some reviewers state they are unhappy with the quality - but these are considerably cheaper so you have to expect the quality will not be the same. These are a budget alternative.They are not difficult to put together if you have a bit of DIY knowhow and the instructions are pretty straight forward.I did add a couple of fixings to the inside so I could put a hanging water bowl in. They are easy to clean.I’ve had two out of my 3 crates for a few years now and they have stood the test of time with dogs sleeping in them every night.

Good designed but it should be better coming with a right sized mat. difficult to find due its irregularity.

Very cheaply made and mine had a very strong MDF smell that my dog wouldn't tolerate.

May look stylish but absolute rubbish, if you love your furry friend avoid this.
