Great For Salt&Vinegar Almonds
This is great for making salt & vinegar almonds, and to add to sushi rice- much less expensive than vinegar powder. The container is easy to scoop out of and to store and the amount for the price was great. It may last through a couple of generations.

There is a lot more than I would have expected, and it tastes sweet, but is still very sour. Great to add to candy and coat it with it.
