Amazing bang for the buck
I've managed 100's of these laptops at a few different companies I've worked for, and I've always been impressed by the value of getting these laptops used/refurbished. These are excellent laptops, and are perfect for anything from simple web browsing/basic user tasks, all the way up to developing and testing software, and heavier use-cases.The ones I purchased from here arrived in great shape with chargers included, and I haven't had any issues with the 6 that I bought. I'm not sure if they put new batteries in them as a part of the refurbishment, but the batteries included hold a charge well.I feel like Dell hit the sweet spot on finish and build quality on this line of laptops. I might be a bit biased because I've worked with these laptops a lot, but I think the latitudes with skylake-coffee lake processors seem to be the most reliable in my experience. They're not overly stylish, but they seem to be like the nokias of the laptop world. Would definitely consider buying more of these here in the future!

Feels like a $2000 laptop i bought on sale for $415
If you factor in the parts used which all work well & are an upgrade that j paid $415 plus tax for what is essentially a $1700 computer. Setting it up wasn't the easiest thing via crotona was not helpful & was cheerfully annoying when the system is not doing what it should. But i configured the BIOS & OS to look like Win 7 & run like Windows 10 i won't use Windows 11 until it's the standard for Professional Audio applications. I'm using this Laptop for Serato DJ Pro. For $415 plus tax it feels like a steal The chip is 8th gen but it's an i7 with DDR4 Memory & a 512gb m.2 SSD drive. It's fast & a new laptop with slightly newer specs would cost over $2000 for a 14" which again this is a 15.6" with ethernet an SD card slot super speed USB ports & much more. It runs well but they could have used a beefier PSU i hear the fan running when it's doing something a little extra task intensive. But all in all as long as this laptop holds up couldn't imagine anymore and with needing and if you need a laptop with Windows 10 Pro & solid specs for under $1000 this is it. Or if you don't want to use windows 11 this is a great buy. Luckily i haven't had to use the customer service but if it's anything like the laptop itself, that should be easy enough. Will update this review when/if necessary.

Snappy!
I bought this laptop to replace a Precision model of the same era. It's nearly identical except this one has higher performing parts. The laptop was in perfect condition. It is super fast on startup which is important to me because I start my laptop several times a day fixing network issues for clients. I'm very happy overall. Good value. It did come preinstalled with some odd applications, like VLC media player and a few others, which I didn't expect. I think shipping a device with extra apps is weird and should probably be mentioned up front, but no harm done really. I would buy this laptop again in a heartbeat.

One word "Fast" and Responsive
So I previously purchased a Dell Latitude 5580 which was the slowest laptop I've ever had. I returned it and took a chance purchasing this Dell 5590 for a few dollars more with Win10 Pro. It was a wise decision, plus it is upgradable to Windows 11 (and I performed the upgrade), 16gb of Ram i7 intel processor, backlight keyboard, HDMI port, Webcam, 3.0 usb ports. Looks and performs like it was brand new. Plus the Windows OEM Key code is embedded within the motherboard so if you ever want to upgrade the HD you don't have to worry about entering the OEM key code. My only gripe and this is VERY minor is that there wasn't an addition memory slot for me to add memory. Only 2 mem slots on the motherboard so if I ever wanted to bump it to 32mb of RAM I'd have to buy two 16mb sticks of DDR4 SDRAM. Which isn't anything to complain about at all. This is an excellent purchase you won't be disappointed. 5 Stars

Nope. I strongly advise against this as of the writing of this
I ordered this laptop. Got it a few days later, no outward damage, no damaged cords. This is supposed to be certified and in good working order. It is not. The laptop will not charge. The laptop will not turn on. Yes, I tried turning it on and off again. Yes, I made sure it was plugged in. Yes, I contacted Dell. Yes, I followed all trouble shooting. Not sure if you should trust this company. I needed this laptop for my trip and now I will be getting one, the day after I leave. Going to send the replacement back when I return and get my money back.Which means I will have to go to Best Buy or similar to get a laptop outside my price range because these folks falsely advertised this product. Amazon support didn't listen to my request and simply ordered a replacement. I don't know what else to say about this, guess it's just first world issues.

Fast Laptop, Great Price
I've owned this six weeks. It's fast, works great, and looks brand new. I've always bought new from Dell, but, based on other reviews, decided to try this. Good choice! This model was made back when Dell made sense: Vents in the back where they can easily cool the machine (instead of underneath), a plug in the back that connects well and stays out of the way, and so on. It's worth every penny.

Fantastic deal and a really fast computer.
Came with a 2.5in SATA SSD and not an NVMe SSD but still really fast. Cool thing is that I can still add more memory and upgrade to an NVMe SSD to make it even faster. The laptop is in mint condition.

Would be a nice computer except
As a used computer this thing is very iffy.. It sometimes acts slower than it should and this is not the worst part.. I can barely use it as a laptop because it has to be perfectly flat to use at all times or it has some glitch that makes the the more go haywire.. I think it is tweaked.. It's been like that since I got it but I don't have the time to send it in to be fixed because I need my computer at all times and it works just good enough.. but it's far from being what I thought it would be.. Not really happy about it.. I'm sure this was a really good computer new but as a used computer it has something wrong with it.. .
