I make and drink barley water with this to help with kidney stones. It’s so hard to find where I live with the hull on, so I was happy to find it here

I bought with the idea of eating it but the barley never really softened. It wasn't edible. I ended up making barley water.

I purchased this earlier this year to make barley tea. I roast the barley in a clean dry pan, put the grains in a strainer, add two liters of water, and boil it for 5 minutes. The tea came out neon yellow with this product. It looked like it was made by steeping a highlighter. I've made this tea with pearled barley and organic whole barley, never gotten a result like this. I fear it may be pesticide or some other industrial crop additive. Poured it out. Chucked the rest. Not worth the risk.1 star. Would not recommend.

Used it for sang dze offerings. Nice fine quality to grain. Nice price for the quantity.

The four is as I expected. The flour came in a well sealed plastic bag. It is finely ground and appears fresh. My first baking with it is in the oven now!
