Quite handy. Having a loop so that the welcro can be inserted in it pulled back would have added more toutness. Also some ventilation holes might help for extended period of use.

Ellenbogenstütze taugt nichts.Schwer mit einer Hand anzulegen, rutscht dauernd und nach einiger Zeit schneidet sie ein.

produit pas très efficace car si vous voulez que ça maintienne votre coudeil faut le serrer correctement et cela congestionne le bras au point qu'il laisse des traces rouges de serrageje ne peux pas le retourner car j'ai déchiré l'emballage dommage

No es un soporte, es un calentador
Presiona el biceps y presiona el antebrazo pero el area del codo no recibe ningún soporte real, no se siente apoyo en absoluto. El codo queda sólo cubierto por el neopreno que en sí es delgado y suave por lo cual toma su forma inmediatamente sin en realidad sentirse ningún soporte directamente sobre el codo. Apretar el velcro fuertemente sólo lastima el biceps y el antebrazo y corta la circulación sin hacer diferencia en la zona de codo.Tal vez si tuviera una capa doble de neopreno o algo similar. Sirve de calentador pero cualquier venda funciona mejor como soporte.

I'M LOVING IT.......
I have arthritis and bone spurs in both my arms, hands and elbows.It can be very painful at times. The bone spur in my right elbow started to hurt so much when I would bend it that I started applying tape to my elbow to support it, which helped some. I started looking for an elbow brace or something that would support myelbow and take at least some if not most of the pain away. Most of the elbow braces I saw were sleeves which I did not like because I wanted somethingthat I could control how tight or loose I wanted it to be on my elbow. Well as soon as I saw this brace on Amazon I bought it and I am so happy I did !!I LOVE this brace! It takes 80 % of my elbow pain away. Only bad thing I have found with it is, do not adjust the straps as to make the brace too tight andwear it for a long period of time like that or it will dig into your skin. This brace looks like it is built VERY sturdy and should last a long timeSo glad I bought it !
