It came with all pieces intact but the reflex hammer looks like it was used by 10 people before I got it. It was dirty.

Used and cheap
These had all the metal flaking off, the scissors had to have been used to cut sheet metal they are so chewed up and everything was so cheap and flimsy. Sticker on the back said new but there is no way. I returned it. From the looks of the reviews I think they are sending the same piece of junk out over and over again.
