This really works! (and the price is right)
Answer to a costly situation. I went to my local pharmacy to pick up a bottle of this and discovered the price had doubled on it! I bought an 8 oz bottle because my father (in hospice care) really needed it for cracked heels (bad if one is diabetic and he is). An 8 oz bottle will not last very long. I looked at what Amazon had to offer and they were a godsend, having two 28oz bottles for under the same price I paid for the 8 oz bottle locally. This stuff (recommended by a dermatologist) really works and clears up the dry cracked skin in just about 2 weeks, Another plus is that it doesn't stain or beach out clothing. It feels gummy and sticky though but with socks that is not a problem.

This will forever be in my beauty arsenal!
I know what you are thinking...yet another pricey bottle of lotion that does next to nothing. Wrong! I initially bought this to help battle with keratosis pilaris. I first bought Glytone which was amazing but expensive. I did some research and found ammonium lactate. Amlactin was okay but again the price wasn't my favorite. Then I came across this brand on Amazon. It's cheap, smooths my skin, and what little scent it has evaporates within minutes. I have started applying it to my face and have noticed less blackheads and pimples. My skin absorbs other products better, since it basically is a chemical exfoliant that devours dead skin. This is also good in preventing razor bumps but be warned it will sting if you freshly shaved or have broken skin. Please never stop making this!

Amazing to Prevent Bruises from Blood Thinner
I take two blood thinners and get huge hematomas with every bump on my hands and arms. A friend told me her mother had the same problem and her Dermatologist recommended rubbing Ammonium Lactate Lotion 12% rubbing it on her arms twice each day. I bought some and did it. It starting clearing up the existing bruises over the next two weeks and if I use it consistently I no longer get bruises when I bump my hands and arms. If I hit them on something really hard I might get a minor bruise but overall this is fantastic product. It does not take a lot and a 14oz bottle will last almost a year. It is messy when applied and may take 10 minutes to dry but I highly recommend.

Cream
Recommend by Dermatology, to be used on dry legs and feet. Product takes some time to rub in and seems to help with dry skin.

More liquid than Amlactin
This lotion is more liquid than Amlactin, if you want to compare. They both have their signature ammonia scent but the texture is definitely more liquid. The price is right for the lotion when compared to big brand names. The moisture lever this provides is also good. The ingredients are virtually the same for this cream when compared to Amlactin.I suffer from KP so I have to use this lotion everyday after I shower to keep those bumps from coming back. If I stop using this, I see and feel the rough bumps again in the back of my thighs. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.

Awesome product!
Best moisturizer I’ve ever found! It doesn’t really have a smell so I just mix a little bit of my favorite smelling lotion to it and it’s perfect!! Skin stays moisturized ALL. DAY. LONG.

Skin is glistening
I am an avid Amlactin user. I was browsing for something cheaper and decided to try this. So glad I did! You get a lot for your money and it's a little better than Amlactin in my opinion because of the moisture level. My skin looks gorgeous immediately after use. Amlactin has a medicinal, hospital-like smell where this one does not. They are both very good products. This version is a great deal for the cost.
