The Vert (Green Tea) by Roger & Gallet 3.3 oz Fragrant Water Spray

I love this perfume! It’s slightly sweet when dried down, it’s not super overpowering, but it has staying power. I can still smell it when I move around. I’m in love!

So happy to be able to get my favorite French perfume in the US. I used to buy this at a very good price at Monoprix while in Paris- basically the equivalent of a Target. This price is fairly comparable considering import fees and overseas shipping. So light and fresh smelling- and it brings back great memories.

Love the scent. Light, fresh, and a little bit spicey. The only drawback is that, despite putting a fair amount on, it doesn't last long.

First of all, I have always liked Bulgari’s Au Vert fragrance, however I can’t locate it anywhere anymore. I’ve even searched in the various countries in Europe that I’ve been to during the last several years and still no luck! I found this one, and having never heard of this brand, decided to give it a try. (I was the person who asked the question about it being similar.) I want to add that I purchased it from a R and G seller in France, so I can’t vouch for the others that sell it on Amazon, but I was very pleased with the delivery time, and the product arrived safely with no issues. It was packaged perfectly and even ready to give as a gift if desired. My only complaint is that it’s not identical to the one that I’ve been using, but the scent doesn’t last very long. I used it the other night before leaving for a concert and when I got to the event center it was worn off and hardly noticeable. I understand it’s not perfume, and therefore it’s not going to be strong, but I had hoped for it to last at least the length of the concert. Other than these two issues - which is the reason why I took away one star - it’s still a nice substitute for the one I’m used to using. The scent is a light, fresh, clean and definitely feminine! I wouldn’t say it smells like green tea (which I don’t like the taste or smell of), but it’s soft and pleasant, especially for the hot weather or summer months! I’m happy enough with this purchase that I’m about to order another R and G fragrance from the same seller - even though it’s a bit more costly, not Prime, and takes about a week to arrive (I’m in NJ) which was actually less than anticipated! All in all, I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a Green Tea fragrance (or just a nice, light scent) and at what I consider to be a very fair price! *** Since I buy items on Amazon that are not familiar to me based on the reviews of others, if you find this one to be helpful, please mark it as such for future reference, thanks!

Great price and light fresh scent for the summer

I love this product. The scent is not overwhelming and is a perfect scent for daily wear.

The smell is good, very fresh and summery. But it’s not long lasting at all.

This has been my signature fragrance for years, but it appears to have been discontinued. Roger and Gallet has other fragrances, but no longer The Vert. It is light, never overbearing, needs reapplication, has expensive shipping charges; but the compliments I receive are worth it. The French 3rd party got this to me earlier than predicted. My heart is broken knowing that I soon won’t be able to purchase it anywhere! If you are reading this Roger and Gallet, why have you discontinued this fragrance????
