This exercise bike meets our immediate needs and fits very well in our breezeway.
Purchased for my daughter. She loves it, especially the computer with all the data displayed. Very easy to use and comfortable. One flaw... Mold under handle bars was cracked but did not affect bike performance so we decided to keep and assemble since it is such a large shipment.

Two tries with no luck
I purchased this recumbent bike in Feb 2021 and rode it every day for the first few weeks. The only complaint at first was that the seat would slide down while I rode, which was annoying. I used it at all 8 resistance levels and did interval workouts 1-2 days a week. After a month, it started being noisy and a week later, the belt snapped. I contacted Customer Service. After a couple of weeks of back and forth, they sent me a replacement belt, which split in two when I was installing it. I had a half belt which would operate the bike, but the noise and grinding sound got worse. After contacting customer service again, they sent an entire replacement bike, so I put it together and hoped for the best.At first, the second bike was better. The seat didn't slip and it was quiet, but only for a week. Since the weather was better, I only used it a couple of times a week. I decided to only go up to resistance level 4 and have not done any interval training on it, in hopes it would last this time. After 2 weeks, the quietness went away and the bike is now noisy and there is a grinding sound. At this point, I am fed up. If the original bike had acted u within the first 30 days, I could have gotten my money back from Amazon. Instead, I am at the mercy of Sunny. I will ride it until the belt snaps. Given the loudness of the sound, I expect that to happen soon. Then I'll just chalk it up to a $200 dollar lesson and buy either a Schwinn or Nautilus that has a longer warranty and should last. I should have just spent the money in the first place.Maybe I just got unlucky, twice, but I can not recommend this bike. I made the mistake of not looking at the one and two star reviews. I wouldn't have bought it if I had done that and seen that many others have had similar problems. So, for the first few weeks, the bike worked well, but things went bad way too quickly. I had a Weslo before this that I rode 4-5 times a week for 17 years. I got my moneys worth out if it. Not so much on this one.So buy at your own risk.

never can tell
the bike, after perspiring to "put it together" , functions to my satisfaction. However, I have not pout it through various speeds the bike does not fill well built.

GREAT BIKE, EXCELLENT QUALITY
Instructions were well written with very good diagrams, and it was easy to assemble. It is very quiet so it doesn’t wake my wife when I ride it early in the morning.Customer support is excellent. A small screw and washer were missing, or maybe I lost it during unpacking, and they quickly sent me the replacement parts. The seat is comfortable, especially compared to the one on my old upright bike. The tablet holder is a nice addition too. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Belt comes off
05/14/20, negotiated and coordinated a direct swap with the company after a lot of emails going back and forth. They agreed to do a swap and I went to them since I’m familiar with their location and we did the exchange. I’m pleased they took that route cuz I did enjoy the bike when it worked. Fingers crossed this one has no issues with the belt. Changing my 1 star to 3 and if this lasts longer than the 1st time the belt popped I’ll change to 4. Just wanted to update all that it took some time but I got the resolution I expected.Unfortunately as of 04/28/20, after purchasing early 12/2019 my belt has come off for the 3rd time. I received and fee belay struggled to get it on and within a month it has slipped off for the 3rd time. I now have to check it again. It’s so disappointing as I do enjoy it. The sad part, is I’m only riding a a tension of 1 - 4 only. Belt came off on tension 1! I recently had 2 surgeries and like the ease and quietness of it. Too bad it seems to be made poorly. Most reviews I have seen is the belt issue. Too bad I didn’t read them closer.

very quiet
The seat is comfortable, not to hard to assemble, instructions are detailed. The bike is very quiet. I can easily read my Kindle while riding. We had to replace the first bike, it began a loud grinding sound after 20 minutes of use. The exchange was quick and easy. So, overall I give it a 5, replace was fast, and current bike quality is very good, especially for the inexpensive price.

Definitely worth it
Arrived ahead of schedule. Found it to be extremely easy to put together. Took about 1.5 hours. It's great because 98% of nuts, washers and bolts were already in their correct place so you didn't need to search for the correct ones. Things to take note of...(1) I was extremely impressed with how quiet the machine is (2) I would advise buying some Loctite Thread Locker when constructing any exercise equipment with moving parts...saves you from headaches down the road (3) Definitely look into getting a gel seat cushion...the issued one is almost as bad as sitting on a hardwood floor (4) 95% of this machine can be constructed solo...I would advise a second set of hands for ease especially when attaching the tension cable to the dial. Can definitely be done alone...but some help will make it that much easier. I purchased this recumbent bike for my mother whose in her mid 70's. I knew if I couldn't find something that made it super easy for her to approach...then she would never continue exercising. She absolutely loves it. The seat is basically the height of a dining room chair...so she finds it extremely stress free getting on and off it. She recently had hip surgery and this machine keeps her active. It's got a great monitoring system (though the instructions could be a little more user friendly) with all the bells and whistles to help keep track of everything...calories burned...distance traveled...heart rate...etc. All in all...I'm extremely satisfied with the purchase.
