A year ago I started a job where I had to use chemical cleaners (like windex) and within two days was having asthma so bad I was taking Benadryl all day long just to help. I have had allergy problems for many years. I take a daily tablet of Loratadine but it does not always work for me. Seemed to have cleared my nasal congestion issues but I have experienced some dizzy like activity since taking these pills. Maybe its related to the frequency of taking the pill. I tend to have very sensitive reactions with my nervous system when taking vitamins like this one.
