Used This to Quit
Wanna quit chewing? Mix (well) a can of this with a couple cans of your wintergreen or mint chew in a bowl with a lid. After you get used to that ratio, Transition to equal parts Mint to chew, then more Mint than chew, to hardly any chew in your mix, and eventually just Oregon Mint. Worked for me.

This stuff doesn't taste anything like dip but it does taste good. I'm using this to cut down on my Skoal intake and it helps keep your mouth busy.

Not a good alternative
This isn’t a very good dip alternative. I’ve had snuff before, and there are many better kinds and brands out there. This kind “swam” in my mouth the whole time. I’m so upset I bought 12 cans!!! Buy 1 first to see if you like it!
