Despite how the tub is listed, this is not a Whirlpool product. Don't misplace the owner's manual or installation guide. The replacement is a poor quality copy of a generic document that doesn't cover all the features. Otherwise, the tub works as expected. The speakers are a nice feature, although there is no bluetooth connection available despite what the console indicates.

3 of these hoses have popped off and a forth was about to pop after a month of use causing floods each time the cheap drain tube kinked and cracked causing a floor and the cheap shower wand hose exploded causing water to spray everywhere.. if I could give it less than a star I would

My wife and I love this deep jet tub. We had it installed by the builder of our house and he didn't have any issues putting it in. I'm 5'9" my wife is 5'6' and we both fit in comfortably. Different jet modes work awesome! Only thing that confuses us is it has am/fm radio (radio works) and speakers it also has a button with a Bluetooth symbol and 2 othee buttons that we can not figure out how to work and no literature on the radio.

bought from Simbashoppingusa.com After you drain the tub you have to unscrew the top of the drain, fish out the rubber garment and replace it back on the drain cap. Otherwise the drain doesn’t seal. The lights are random. So if you like a particular color, expect the button to go out very soon. Also, sanitation and sterilization doesn’t seem to work. Same goes for the o3 generator. Pillows, expect to chase constantly. Never stay in one spot. For the money so not worth it.

This bathtub we bought directly from simbashoppingusa.com last year. It looked just fine until in broke last month and we had a massive water leak in our house. The bathtub came assembled already and some of the smaller pipes that were attached to the main pipe fell off. I am attaching some pictures to show the area that I described above.
