We received this DVD player today. Unboxing it from Amazon packaging we found a brand new box along with the DVD player that still had the protective coating on it. The screen is unbelievably clear easy to hook up easy to program. I definitely would recommend this refurbished product to anyone who comes a crossed it. Was unable to give stars on tech-support being that I did not have to use it.

Not very many functions in the app portion but it will take some time to get comfortable with the player.

3D Blue Ray device will not play a movie all the way through. When it arrives at the end of the scene (as broken down by the scene index on the movie), it restarts the scene over and over. The only way to overcome this is to press the skip button on the remote.

Works better than my previous player and it was a great price.

Both the Blu Ray player and remote control look far more beat up and abused on the outside than my old one that quit working. It does work but it is also not "imaged" in the control panel like I expected either. The apps and appearance are different than I expected. I think the price is a little high for the condition of the machine I got but I knew I was taking a risk on refurbished stuff in the first place.

works great and the picture quality is great the only thing that irritated me was I had bought it because I have 3D movies and I wanted to watch them but now I have to buy a damn 3D tv in order for it to work properly with 3D oh well live and learn.
